    Mortgage-free Glee!
    Hi all,

Busy week so far, so have only just caught up with the thread.

Lilo - extra hugs to you darling. As others have said, give yourself a chance to recover from everything, you have been through sooo much.

Meercat - good luck with 2ww - it is horrendously stressful so I can't emphasise enough to relax and try to find something to keep you busy. I had my unsuccessful IVF (ICSI) in June and found the progesterone the worst bit - it took my body four months after the treatment failed for me to recover from the side effects of the progesterone - same as you, plus nasty cracking of skin in all nethers, etc (sorry tmi). If I were to have IVF again I would be dreading the progesterone more than anything else. I have no idea if there is an alternative. Sadly, I got a BFP which I lost when AF arrived on day 16.

    Hugs to all xx
:D Thanks to MSE, I am mortgage free!:D

I hope everyone is having a nice evening!

CD 26 here, and my mind is racing in the hope for good news this month. One minute i am planning how we will tell our parents, the next minute I am depressed that yet again this is not the month. We are going to visit some friends this weekend (early Christmas get together & meal), and AF is due on Saturday!!!! No fun really. I went for yoga today and just couldn't believe how bloated my belly is! And have just received a dress I bought over the weekend and hoped to wear this weekend (it is a knitted one, so will stretch, but the sight is not gonna be good!)

Hi everyone. Lilo, big hugs. Take it easy on yourself and give yourself time xx.
Ginzvt - are you wearing a sports bra when you do the running? Sounds like you need one!

Well, I had my meeting at St Mary's and they said the HSG shows my womb and tubes are fine. THey've told us to go away and try to get preganat but they will up the aspirin adn the heparin this time. Feels a bit flat really,. was hoping they'd recommend some other wonder drug.... anyway. I want to lose some weight first so we'll see how that goes.

Good luck to all those waiting to test xxx

Sarah, sorry they didn't offer any better solution at the hospital. When I saw my consultant last and he gave me 4 months of Clomid, he said 'you are fine, no tell your OH, that it is his job to get you pregnant'. Well, I am still here, aren't I?

your consultant said what, ginvzt??!!?? A consultant should never say anything so inconsiderate! These people are meant to be specialists. I'd have been tamping and putting in a quick complaint.
Am not witty enough to put something cool and informative here:o :o

It didn't sound that bad, really, it was more in a joke form, and I am not upset about it. I think he was trying to make me feel better, as I was barely holding in front of him (there were tears once I got to the car). He is really nice, honestly. I just wish he could tell us why I am not getting pregnant!!!

(Ok, I'll confess, I did a test this morning. I know, it is early (CD27), but I have to use up all that stock I've got sometime... And of course, it was negative!)

Hello all, I cannot believe how quickly this week is disappearing. I've obviously been too busy work-wise to notice!

But you can count me out already for this cycle, OH just isn't up to it and so yes - I can blame him completely at the moment! So I won't even have a pathetic excuse to use one of my tests Ginvzt, they'll have to sit in their bag until next time comes around - whenever that will be! :o

Sarah, I think that news sounds really positive. Yes, it would be nice to have had a magic wand pointed in your direction - but I would settle for no news (we can find nothing wrong :D) over bad news (we have found something wrong ). Ah, that's my silly cognitive therapy rearing its head, I fear...

Ginvzt, you deserve a big pat on the back for making such an effort this week - so much exercising! You really do put me to shame. My exercise this week has consisted of picking up a mug of tea I suspect. :rotfl:

Lilo, I know you'll be lurking (along with cedrickerry...) so hope you are having a good week, the pair of you!

I must disappoint you, as I didn't go to the gym today as I promised myself. I am a bit down and have a bit of a headache... (Excuses). Also, our landlord is coming over tomorrow to check the fence that was broken it the winds recently, so need to clean up the house a bit!
