  • Oh confuzzled and shaz! How rubbish that people miss your birthday like that! Mine often falls on Easter and I remember as a child getting an Easter egg for my birthday and being distinctly unimpressed, but that pales in comparison!
:eek: I'd have been well pee'd off with that too:eek:

Just been to the nurse for my Hep A booster and bled everywhere, she called me a bleeder :( Then on my way home had to walk through a film set to get back into my building! Seems they're filming a new series of Lewis, and they like to use a college by my work as a back drop/set. They'd covered the road with smoke from a smoke machine and I couldn't see a blimming thing! Then all the cameras were in the gateway to my building and I had to just march through. Blighters
Maybe you'll see a bleeding frowning woman in a brown jacket marching in the background in that episode! :rotfl:
Awww you poor thing, I hope the nurse said it in a nice way:)

Will have to start watching Lewis now...just in case;):D

Hi, My af has always been irregular so I have no idea when af is due etc. For the past 2-2 1/2 weeks Ive been having af pains thinking it was on its way. A few times after being to the toilet Ive wiped and there is very light brownish blood sorry TMI but still no af. I did a hpt the other morning and you know as the test is working before the control line showed up there was a very faint line there for seconds but then it dissappeared, so negative! Im confused lol. Did another yesterday afternoon and I dont know if my eyes were playing tricks on me or not lol. Did another with fmu today and there was the faintest of lines there but Im not convinced it wasnt where the positive line should be if you know what I mean? We did ttc around the wedding (25th July) up until the end of the honeymoon (15th Aug)

Anyone had similar experiences any advice please??xx

Not seeing dentist for another couple of weeks:rolleyes:

Think I shall stop reading/lurking on the pg thread.... apparently we're not very nice people on here:eek: They must be jealous cos we're getting lots of sex and they're not!!

If I ever get a sticky bean I don't think I'll be going over there as I wouldn't feel welcome :(.... I'll just stay here lurking;):D You lot are so much nicer:A

Or we could all get PG at the same time and this thread could just be renamed "trying for a baby and now 1 on the way"

Smartie - I can assure you that you would be made more than welcome on the pregnancy thread. I saw the comments that you're referring to and I honestly don't think they were aimed at anyone in particular - more just a reference to the situation which cropped up last week, and only made by one poster. Hope to see you there soon anyway.

She did, it was funny and when she said it she realised what she'd said and we both cracked up.

I don't watch Lewis, I get pee'd off with the film crews too much. Saying that I do watch anything that has Oxford in to be nosy, and anywhere near where I grew up. Like that *rubbish* new comedy Home Time, its set in Coventry which is close to where I grew up, and even though its not funny, I watch it for the filming locations! Yes I'm sad...

No similar experiences here honey, just to say, if you can, wait a few days then test again with FMU and a FirstResponse/ClearBlue test (FRs are BOGOF in Boots at the moment :money:) Hope its not your eyes and you do have a real line!! xx
Never argue with an idiot, he just brings you down to his level and beats you with experience.

Give it a couple of days and test again.......there might not be enough hormones to give you an accurate reading yet! If still nothing then it's time for the doctors. HTH

:rotfl::rotfl: I saw that comment too:rolleyes: And heres me thinking it was all over and done with:D Apparently we're not allowed to have down periods when we don't get a sticky...over there it can be blamed on hormones:rolleyes:
*Wonders if she'll be flamed for above comment:confused::p*

You could always go on the 12m+ pg board:confused: But I think you're idea of us all getting pg at the same time is soo much better:D:D

On an unrelated note: hi Gilll! How are you doing? How far along are you? I try to keep tabs on the names I remember but there are a lot of you now! :o [edit] - just saw your scan! How exciting, its grey fuzzy blob! :rotfl: Only joking, congrats, bet you're chuffed to bits! I'm rubbish with understanding scans, I can never make anything out. Can't do magic-eye pictures either :o

  • Hi everyone, my Af came this morning, am disappointed. confused with cycle now as last two cycles were 28 days and this one has been 32.

Have you been stressed this month? Or ill? I'm saying this as my cycles are about 26 days and I've had a 32-day one, where my ov was a week later as I'd picked up a tummy bug. Might be the same kinda reason for you maybe?
