  • Welcome to all newbies:D:D Must be something in the air, or you're all bored with the night getting longer;):rotfl:

Ellie sorry AF turned up hun but as you say onwards to next month:D
Smartie - WooHoo for lack of AF:D:D
Courgette - try not to stress hun(easier said than done!) & at least you've now been diagnosed and have the anti-b's for it:D And Yr11's doing GCSEs in 5 weeks:eek: Is it mocks or actual GCSEs?!?!
Rik I can't imagine how hard it is for you:( I've only had the 1 mc and that was hard:( ((((HUGS)))) I say let it all out, if you feel like crying, cry! You'll do yourself no favours keeping it all in, you still need to grieve. x
Caseyface - you better be sharing those cookies Missy!:p

On the smoking subject....I aint saying anything coz I tend to get all self-riotious about it:o Already told DH that if he thinks my baby is going to his Mums for babysitting then either she has to come to our house or she has to promise to not smoke while baby is there!!!! Needless to say he's not looking forward to that convo:rolleyes::D
Oh and I used to bite my nails and I think that was harder to stop than smoking coz I can't go and buy them from the shop, and I have the smallest amount of willpower EVER so if I can do it I'm sure you ladies can when the time is right for you:D:D

Hope I don't come across as an opinionated b!tch:p:D

    hi all

sorry ive not been around much. DH and I went on holiday, and got back yesterday and now we're visiting my sister in the north scoping out the area for moving to.

I'm 5 days late for my period. I tested on monday and it came back with a BFN, and now i just dont know whats going on with my body. i dont think im preggers, i think its just my body being mental, which is really starting to play with my state of mind.

DH suggested an overall health check but my gp isnt exactly blessed shall we say. Ive been bruising like a peach, couple of months ago was taken to a&e with a suspected burst cyst on my ovary, cycles are ranging from 30 to 40 days (this cycle), been very fatigued for months but put that down to my work schedule..... and something just doesnt feel.... right iyswim.....

  • Hi CAFC Girl, Did you have a good holiday??
If you aren't feeling yourself then it is best to get to the docs and have a check up hun...can you ask for a different doctor to your usual one?! The sooner you know what the problem may be, the sooner you can sort it:) And it takes away the worrying of AF being late...we all know the more we worry the longer the witch stays away!
Although I've got my fingers crossed you just tested too early;):D xx

    awwww thanks hun....
i had some feelings last week that af was due, like some low cramping, really bad moods (which put a dampner on our holiday!), and such bad spots break out as well.... i was a real vision of beauty!!!!

Ive got another test...... and it now doesnt look like af is arriving today, ive not had any spotting whereas normally i get that 3 days before full af flow.....had a bit of backache but im not sure im not just imagining things... although one thing im not imagining is a lot of cm (sorry guys tmi!).....

You've just described me to a tee:D:D I'm trying not to be too hopeful but I've felt different to how I normally do this past week or so;):D Probably my hormones messing with my head though:rolleyes::)
Fingers crossed eh?!? But do checked out by docs if you are worried about anything!

mine is quite a large practice, downside, but on the plus they do have a lot of facilities on site, such as physio, dentist (if i can ever get to the top of the list LOL!).
Great idea about a list though.....

    Morning all. x x

I hope all you poorly peeps are feeling on top form in the near future. I am trying to stay away from my DP at the moment as he is full of cold and grizzling non-stop about it. You know what men are like when they have the sniffles: "Why don't paracetamols work for me? I think I am dying! Can you go upstairs and get me another jumper please, I am sooooo cold sniff sniff." ;)

Fingers crossed for all you testing in the near future...buckets of baby dust your way. x x
Me & O/H are waiting for my next cycle before we start ttc; I will have been off the pill for three months by then.
    I can't waittttttttttttttttttttttttttttttt!!!!

I was wondering...all you ladies that are ttc, if you get pregnant this cycle, your bubs will be a June/July baby. How do you feel about that and the fact they will be nearly a year younger than their peers at school?
For me, it isn't ideal but bubs will be getting lots of nutritious home cooked food, nurturing, plenty of intellectual stimulation and good exercise so by the time they were school age they would have caught up with older peers.
The positive side for us MSE girlies is: it will be a year less of having to pay for childcare should we be returing to work.

Anyway folks, have a great day... love Bam x x
    Whistle while you work...

Ewwwwwww Man Flu.............makes me 2nd guess if I really wanna pro-create with that snotty, whinging, mardy man in the corner:rotfl:

Bam having a June/July baby wouldn't bother me to be honest, fo several reasons...I'd be happy to have a healthy baby regardless and also coz my nephew is an August baby(31st!My sister couldn't cross her legs just for an extra 24hrs, selfish beggar she is:D) and he's top of his class*theres no smiley for proud Aunty so this will have to dofunny_162.gif*
It all depends on their home environment in my opinion, DN always had educational toys and we've always encouraged him, so when he started school last year the teachers were impressed, he only had 1 week in the younger kids reception class before going to the older recpetion class, the younger kids reception class didn't join him til after xmas:D:D:D:D

ooo that was quite long! can't blame me for bragging though:D:D
