Trying For a Baby III

Hey ladies,
glad I found this thread. Feel like I need to talk about it to someone and BF and I said we won't really tell people til it's 3 months this time. Which also then excludes talking about ttc.
Had a miscarriage in Feb (after falling pg in the first cycle after the pill) and have been sort of trying since April, but not seriously as I don't want it to be a chore, or want to ask him to dtd because now I'm ready. Plus, he didn't know much about the female cylce although I told him a bit more about it now
. He's been great through our difficult time and still is. At the same time I don't think I can properly explain to him what it is like every month, waiting for the peroid to pass, waiting for the right time, probably missing it and then waitig for the peroid again and imagining symptoms. The last couple of months we dtd but unfortunately never at the right time . Yet this month I know the timing was right twice and now I think I feel different. My breast aren't sore (had that last time from week 5) but I'm still 3 days from my expected period. The wait is just agaony. But I've been feeling exhausted, nauseous, constipated, bloated and think my sense of smell is increased. Plus moodiness which could just be frustration. I know it's not been that long compared to others, I'm just really impatiend by nature. Just afraid it's just in my head (had this happen before when I knew it def couldn't be, yet to much lesser degree) and a first response early test was clearly negative (altough I read people had mixed expriences with them). I wish I could just fast forward to Monday (def know by Monday as despite the D/C in Feb I've been regular like clockwork). Fingers crossed to all of you too.
Sorry for the long post, just glad I could sort of talk about it to someone.DEBT 02/25: total £6100 Debt free date 12/250 -
Hi Thriftylass - sorry to hear about your mc. I know it's hard to do but try not to obsess about your symptoms, our bodies can do strange things sometimes. Try to find other things to focus on and see if you can wait a fews says after AF is due before testing. Good luck!
As for me, I had a little blood again today, plus some bad cramps. I'm going to back off from the thread for a few days until I know where I am.
Hope you're all well, baby dust xxxx0 -

Oh Gena - hope you're ok. If its any consolation I know of a few people who had "periods" for the first few months of their pg, with no ill efects. Hopefully you're just one more of those ladies.
As for me, its 8DPO here, boobs are killing as usual (also methinks to do with all the blimming glossing and sanding pulling muscles in my chest).
I do think I'm getting some sort of sniffle/cold  Normally I'm not bothered and just soldier on (or skive) but the next week or two at work is going to be a) hectic and b) really interesting and I don't want to be off sick for it!
This weekend will be a weekend of more glossing and fixing guttering and then hopefully a bit of a rest! I am so never glossing *anything* ever again! :rotfl:
How about you ladies, what are you all up to (hopefully something less dull than me!)
Sticky babydust and have fun bding, cuz lets face it, if it aint fun what's the point?!Never argue with an idiot, he just brings you down to his level and beats you with experience.0 -

I know the news must have been a real shock honey, but just think, you know now, so you can move forward a bit, rather than just being confused where AF is and what's happening with your body. That doesn't make it any easier, but you're in the system now and you have time on your side (though I'm sure that doesn't make you feel any better).
You may not agree, but I find that knowledge is power and knowing what's wrong with me is very reassuring (even though googling can bring back horror stories ) it means I can try to work out a way to help myself without just relying on doctors. I hope that philosophy will work for you, and as others have said, there are plenty of women out there who've had kids with PCOS too.
Let it sink in a bit, give yourself a mental break (sounds like you started this morning) and then be strong and see what comes of further tests. We're here if you need us and the girls on the ttc12+ board will be I'm sure, if that's where you feel you need to be. :grouphug:

Hello everyone - nothing to report here, slap bang in the middle of the 2ww. No SS here because there are no symtoms!!! ha, not that I am looking for them. (just the odd boob poke to see if they're sore, and they're not!).
Welcome thrifty. I'm similar to you - MC in Feb and although it's not a long time getting mighty impatient! Just keep going, do lots of BD-ing at the right time and it'll be your turn soon.
Bitzer asked what we're all up to - well I am playing f0xy zer0 bingo for free very mse :T I won £3 so far today. I am also doing £2 a day on the Sun b!ngo site to try and win a car (you play two quid a day and get put in the draw) not won a car yet but won £26 yesterday in a game so I may withdraw my original £10 stake to get my money back at least!
Enjoying the weekend, going to pick up dh from rugby in a couple of hours so just going to read Dawn French's book, watch tv (I have to do it at the same time 'cos I can't just sit and watch TV, I get bored!) and enter a few competitions online. Bliss!
Hope everyone else is well and happy.
