Makes me wonder what is going to be on the menu! :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

oh it's boring drugs like asthma inhalers and my Insulin!

everyone was goin to bring something in but I told the girls to try the reps as they can sponsor lunches!

cor blimey - not very often I'm last one around. SM & MM would be proud!

Was wide awake at 6.30am and didn't even need to snooze alarm!

Don't think I'll ever be on here at 3am even if I can't sleep - OH would wonder what I was up to!

Knackered now so off to bed in the hope I can wake up nice and early again so I can squeeze more overtime in.

I must must must remember to sort out the eBay stuff I've sold and get it posted!

This baby is adamant on lodging his foot under my ribcage and some of the kicks are making me jump!

    Night night

Just out a bath watching top gear, might open my towel a little :D Will look for links for the DLA forms, there is a knack to filling them out so you actually get what your entitled to. For now start taking notes of everything you do for him in a day.

Lay it on thick, I do believe was my HV's advice! ;) She gets DLA for her son so she's going to help too. So far, for things I have to do that you wouldn't for a normal newborn, I've got the expressing, the meds, the appointments and the potential probs with childcare (nurseries won't give meds etc).. If you can think of anything else, just shout :)

Carla - for me, the butter on toast sometimes kicks off the heartburn - maybe try some with a little jam on it instead?

Morning Glam/Triggles/SS/anyone else who is awake....

Woke up to my radio alarm clock with the local news - lead story was that a woman in the next town from me was sent home by my hospital twice, being told she wasn't in labour. She gave birth in her toilet a few hours later!!

And the morning has gotten worse when DH stated that I was getting a few stretch marks! There are a few little lines at the bottom of my bump (so I couldn't really see them clearly) which look like the start of stretch marks.

Hope the day gets better! Off to work now so will try to catch up from there.

Fitzio - oh my! sent home twice and then gave birth at home?!? Thank goodness our local hospital is very much "if you're possibly in labour, we keep you here just to make sure" in their thinking! The pushing stage of labour for me has always been roughly 10 minutes for each baby - and I'm terrified of not getting to the hospital in time! So once I'm there, that's it. I'm there. If I was told to go home, I'd just refuse. LOL

morning girls. luckily my hospital is on my road, 30 second drive or 3 min walk, so in the unlikely event i left it too long i should just get there. no chance of that though lol, i tried perineal massage yesterday, i nearly screamed like a baby :P i dont think my pain threshold is ready for child birth !!!

Natalie - you're much braver than I am - perineal massage?!? no way!! everything is waaaaay too sore in that region to try that for me!!

I'm scheduled for induction for tomorrow - and I'm really looking forward to it. Meet the baby finally, get the labour/delivery over with, and then can start the road to feeling like myself again!
