Hi Jillie,
Nice to hear you are finishing this week. I have another 4 weeks left but really hoping it flies in. Have you anything planned for your last day? Don't leave it too late for a leaving lunch or you might need to cancel like NMS!0 -
havent planned anything cos of the shifts we all work. and some of the ladies i would love to 'lunch' with are on holidays. may try and arrange something but its really hard cos of the shifts, then i need to get to trafford centre as well which is never easy if you are like me and cant drive.

good on ya!! im due this day next week, and if lo is a boy god love him. he will be getting called "the baby" or "it"!!!!! and the more we seem to lok at names the less we agree on!!!!Does any one know if chocolate can cause heartburn? I have just had nearly half a big bar of fruit and nut and now i can feel it starting. I've barely finished chewing it. If I have to give up chocolate as well for the next 8 weeks this little girl is in big trouble!!!
I cant have tea & toast in the morning without having severe heartburn after it!! its not nice. i think ive been thruough about 8 big bttles of Gaviscon from the doctor in the past 2 months. Only at least another 2 n 1/2 weeks left of it though.....wooohooo!!! :j
Ive been here, but not posted today...just didnt feel as if i had much to add to the conversation. also dont want you all to think all i do is complain. haha. dont recall reading anythign about nms, wonder how things are with her!!?!?Carla-Farla!!

He's doing fab ta. Was weighed again today and is now a chunky 5lb 11oz
Gained 5oz since last Monday so hoping to crack the 6lb barrier next week
Also seems to have an unhealthy addiction to the TV - either Family Guy or the weather forecast! - so you could try positioning yourself in front of the TV to see if you can tempt your lil lady out
Still keeping an eye on you all and waiting for you in the Parent thread
Tia, might need your help actually - HV has told me to apply for DLA like you did so ordered the forms earlier..
Just out a bath watching top gear, might open my towel a littleWill look for links for the DLA forms, there is a knack to filling them out so you actually get what your entitled to. For now start taking notes of everything you do for him in a day.
Fitzio, the boys never gave me this trouble...
Beenie, your ex makes me want to commit several crimes
Harley, funnily enough since my GD diagnosis, I've had very little heartburn, so I'd say that mine was caused by chocolate and sweets!
I've still got hope, had a few very strong contractions, but I think it's going to be a long week.... Off to find a supper and cuddle into DH for a while.0 -
oh I think I must be having BH tonight!!! Had one that I knew was def a BH about a month ago but tonight my bump is mega uncomfy, hurts down one side and at the bottom and it keeps going really tight.
Baby is really active as well which is NOT helping at all.
Elle - glad you and Rhys are doing so well!!
Nice names girls keeping them coming
Wen OH and I first got together we were going to call a girl Chelsea or Chardonnay!!! I lurve Ruby for a girl - I though about Jack Jordan for this one so he could be nicknamed JJ but OH wasn't keen on Jordan as a middle name
Jillie - yes we do have a pushcahir but it doesn't convert into a pram which is what i initially wanted, OH moaning that I shouldn't have bothered buying it at 12 weeks but hey! That's me!
Have emailed the seller of the pram liner and she can get me a pram cover but wants £20 for it. So would be £40 for the pram cover, pram liner and postage. I'm tempted to wait and see what Silver Cross say and to see what the eBay one goes for - shame it doesn't go for 9 days!A very busy Yummy Mummy to a 1 year old gorgeous boy :smileyhea

my girls r arranging for some drug reps to provide a buffet lunch and we are going to have a little party.
I don't do nights out and we can't get away at lunchtime as too many of us and have to rotate people so we can cover desk and phone.A very busy Yummy Mummy to a 1 year old gorgeous boy :smileyhea
