One day I will spend some proper time catching up with you all - I love reading what everyone is up to but anyways...

Been busy day today - work was manic this morning after a week off but more importantly had my 20 week (or rather nearly 22 weeks!) scan today and Baby29 is team blue - clearly demonstrated with a full on moon - we were all giggling in the scan room, consultant, midwife and student!! And most importantly healthy looking too after all the worry about the combined test results - right at the small end of normal but nothing that the consultant is worried about although need scans at 28, 32 & 36 weeks to check growth. And now to names...

Glam you have hit the nail on the head if you werent going elsewhere and returning to work they could just take any over payment from your usual wage packet if you go else where they have to claw it back with your permission which can take ages as people arent all as decent as yourself. :-)

its lovely to hear everything is ok Always it feels like a weight is lifted once you get passed the 20 wks scan. I'm having to have extra scans as well but for the opposite reason mine is huge and they are worried he might come out early as my last did :-) x

Ooohhh congratulations Always!!! Pleased it was good news all round at your scan.

OH actually admitted to me today that he wishes we knew the sex- even mentioned a private scan. I don't want to though. The baby looks healthy and that is good enough for me. We've even finally come up with names for both flavours.

.. Elle, your pictures of Rhys on face book are just so damn cute! Making me all jealous! He looks like he is doing well, how is he getting on?

He's doing fab ta. Was weighed again today and is now a chunky 5lb 11oz :D Gained 5oz since last Monday so hoping to crack the 6lb barrier next week :)

Also seems to have an unhealthy addiction to the TV - either Family Guy or the weather forecast! - so you could try positioning yourself in front of the TV to see if you can tempt your lil lady out

Still keeping an eye on you all and waiting for you in the Parent thread :)

Tia, might need your help actually - HV has told me to apply for DLA like you did so ordered the forms earlier..

    Congratulations always!

Elle, Rhys is doing so well! That's wonderful news. He must be eating up a storm at this stage - how are you doing keeping up with him?

    Hi Elle,

Love hearing about Rhys. Glad he is doing so well and heading for 6lbs is fantastic.

Tia and SS have had me in stitches too.

Been waiting for the promised vouchers for Mothercare but they are still not here. Rang to make sure they had been sent, and not got lost in the post or anything more sinister, and they haven't even been authorised yet. Honestly, why is it so difficult. They screwed up, they can't seem to apologise, and now they can't send the promised vouchers on time either. They were supposed to be here by Saturday so Mum could help me spend them. She is coming a week Saturday as well now so hopefully they will be here by then.

Not sure what I was thinking but offered to cook dinner for the whole family, at nearly 35 weeks. Hormones must have got the better of me.
