Gemma called back to accept my payment offer of £10 each week. No further charges etc, to be reviewed in 12 months. Yay!:j:j:j
Saves me a letter / email to the FO, I'm happy with this and when it comes to "review" time hopefully I will have saved enough to make a F&F :TLBM 30/6/9 Unsecured debts [STRIKE]£25,323.48[/STRIKE] £0 :T Debt free

Congrats Gar
(I'd have done the 'congrats' beer smiley but I know you are a wine girl!)
It shows persistance does pay off. Good old Gemma!

Love it Tixy thanks!:D
Well now I have official agreements in place with Littlewoods (which I thought was never going to happen!) and Next Directory.:j Both have provided enforceable CCA's and I'm happy to have a confirmed arrangement in place with these.
My other Shop Direct account are taking their time to provide the CCA - I don't think they have one as they just "sent" me other books after a while
No valid CCA from HBOS Visa either - also in dispute.:D
Barclaycard have been unable to provide a CCA either - so in dispute with them also. Saving the payments I was making for F&Fs down the road a bit.
Yay I'm getting somewhere!:jLBM 30/6/9 Unsecured debts [STRIKE]£25,323.48[/STRIKE] £0 :T Debt free

Hi Gargrave - glad you are getting on so well - another one sorted. Hope you can get the parking fines one sorted as well soon and also the HMRC - it is a bit ridulcous if they can fine you despite you repeatedly requesting the form form them.
Good Luck with the Edinburgh job - hope you get and interview (and the job of course).

Thanks df,
Well my MP seems to have taken over the good fight on the parking front. Will write to HMRC again today - thinking I should just start a PAD to HMRC to get rid.
Will keep you all informed of my job interview prospectsLBM 30/6/9 Unsecured debts [STRIKE]£25,323.48[/STRIKE] £0 :T Debt free

!!!!!!
Just went to add a letter to my files, and the entire folder is missing from my pen drive. I accessed it this morning to email to Gemma at Littlewoods. I'm up the creek.LBM 30/6/9 Unsecured debts [STRIKE]£25,323.48[/STRIKE] £0 :T Debt free

Oh no Gar
Check your computer, have you accidentally dragged the file on to your desktop or somewhere? Is it all letters or just Littlewoods that are missing? Have you got printed copies? Did you accidentally cut & paste the folder onto the email to Gemma (check your sent items?) rather than copy & paste.
Fingers crossed you find them.A smile enriches those who receive without making poorer those who giveor "It costs nowt to be nice"0 -
Good luck finding the missing information - make sure you check that it hasn't wound up inside another folder. That reminds me, I must back up my stuff.
Besides that, glad to see things are moving well.Ebay challenge 2010 - £525

Nope searched high and low. When I try to open the file from "recently viewed items" it tells me its corrupted. I stupidly haven't kept any back up or hard copies:eek:LBM 30/6/9 Unsecured debts [STRIKE]£25,323.48[/STRIKE] £0 :T Debt free
