  • Morning Gar.

Mine glass of wine last night was pretty large as well;).

Got loads of junk mail today (again). Must stop filling in my details on-line:p.

Only DMP related was Capital One (for OH) stating they need proof of income and bank statements - nope you're not getting them:mad:.

Weather is shocking here today so going have a nice day with the kids - might make pancakes. Aiming for NSD for the rest of the week and then take the boys out of Saturday- in planning stages at the minute- before they head back to school.

    Hi BJ,

I noticed Kat Chambers had the same thing from Capital One. The advice was to ignore this and plug away making reduced payments, and keep asking them to freeze interest. Its in their interest to freeze interest or else the debt will never be repaid. I'll do a bit of snooping online to see if we can find some legislation to throw at them :)

    STOP THE PRESS...............trophy.gif

Nowt from the postman, but just answered the phone...........nono.gif

A call from Gemma at the Directors Office of Littlewoods Shop Direct. I did a stinky complaint letter and copied in their Chief Exec at their office address - hoping some b*gger would action it. Gemma called to acknowledge my letter and to give me her contact details, and to say that they were taking the matter forward and would get a written response for me asap.dance2.gif

Whether or not this will prove fruitful who knows?

However, it has to be better than the toing and froing I've been doing with Littlewoods while I send my reduced payment offer and request interest/charges be frozen, while they send me letters back (or not:mad:) saying I've not made my minimum payment - and if I'm experiencing trouble making payment to contact them .......

    They are intuitive aren't they.............falldownlaugh.gif

I got one from them for my card but I replied saying I don't have any form of income other than tax credits and child benefit - not contacted me since.
