    Hi Gargrave

Just caught up on your last couple of days posts - your thread is so popular it moves along so quickly! Great news re clearly fraudulent CCA, especially from such a big organisation as HBOS (I though usually they left such obvious fraud to others ).

I know you are disappointed in having to spend from your F&F pot but at least you had these savings to spend, if you hadn't you'd have needed to have extra credit.

Hope DS is feeling better soon.

Thanks Tixy, you will be pleased to see no ticking off was required and the essay was printed off reading for submission on Thursday!:D

I really appreciate the input from so many experts and other DFW's. If I hadn't started this thread, I know that I would have lost momentum and crumbled before now. The support of others is really what makes the forum so special.

As for my savings it wasn't the worlds biggest pot, however there is another £10.45 going in this Friday to get me off the mark again. When HBOS go into default officially on Friday (didn't send CCA request until 3/8/9), I can cancel their SO and pay this into my pot to make them a low F&F when we have enough saved.:j

Quick update on my daily chores.

    1. Formulated default response ready to send to HBOS on Friday. Just noticed their covering letter states this is our reconstituted CCA and that they have requested a copy of our original application. Neither constitutes the executed agreement if one is a current reconstituted CCA and the other is an application form, so ready to send the letter come Friday.

    2. Printed off letter to TretHowans with grounds for dispute on the parking fine incurred on hospital property. The parking signage clearly states "Maximum 4 hours - exclusions for patients and visitors". My grounds are I was a visitor and this clearly indicated I was "excluded". Cheeky, but on its way.

    3. Letter sent to complaint response to AA VISA pointing out their mistakes in their response, and that as flattered as I am that they don't believe I am in financial difficulty..... I will be unable to make the minimum payment and have reiterated our offer. Awaiting my SAR for this mob to reclaim old credit card charges. Think I have also CCA'd them - it was an online application Jan 2006 - waiting to see what they provide.

    4. Also sent my response to Next illegible CCA response.

    Still to do today:-

Some phonecalls re: my last placement
Formulate response to Littlewoods letter from today
I have also received a duplicate response from HBOS Visa suggesting they are unable to make an arrangement with me unless I go via CCCS or Payplan - instead of sending my "that's not true..." letter, think I will let this go by until they go into default on Friday and I can send that letter instead:)

    Busy busy!

Littlewoods letter - short and to the point - now sent. I copied by letter of 12th August to their Chief Exec requesting that it was treated as a formal complaint. My correspondence today refers to this and states I await a response by 26th August.

Off to do some housework, have a shower and order my clubcard deals vouchers for our "entertainment" this quarter:D

    Yes I am not finished!

Bank of Scotland VISA - sent their favourite letter which I now have around 4 copies of and have responded to each time. They are suggesting they can't accept my payments until I go via CCCS or Payplan. Being perfectly capable of handling this myself, I will make a formal complaint. Another letter for today!

Finally, the jewel in the crown.

A CCA response from Bank of Scotland VISA - or not as it would seem. I'll be really happy if this is all they have as they are our largest creditor.

We received a letter which looks like T&Cs typed with OH name and address (although they have spelt our street name Gargrove instead of Gargrave!!!!!). The interesting thing is that when the agreement was taken out we weren't at this address, therefore I suspect this has been formulated in the last week or so! Will scan it up to photobucket and post it later :) Lots to do then, off to check out BJs ramblings and a couple of other posters first.

Good news about the Bank of Scot CCA if it's a complete boll ocks.:T

Great work! I'm glad to see that the wee lad is feeling a bit better.

You have been so busy - I feel quite lazy in comparison.

I'm in the mood today, probably spurred on by the fact that I'm nightshift tomorrow night and will probably do nothing other than sleep tomorrow :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

Before the wine, I am going to hoover the lounge. Domestic goddess first - hardened wine drinker second :D

Can't wait until Friday when I can put HBoS VISA into default - hope I'm not counting my chickens prematurely:rolleyes:

However, looking on the bright side they refer to what they sent me as a "reconstituted" CCA, and that they were requesting our signed application from the relevant department. They do know neither constitutes as a true copy of the executed agreement don't they:confused:
