Right, really must put this laptop down and jump in the shower. Into town for a bit of Nectar point shopping, and to get my iphone fixed - then back into trackie bottoms and cue furious deep clean!:oLBM 30/6/9 Unsecured debts [STRIKE]£25,323.48[/STRIKE] £0 :T Debt free

Furious deep clean over, ended up with 3 viewings in total:T.
The 5.30pm didn't turn up:mad::mad:. Never mind the 6pm and the 6.30pm both seemed like lovely normal people who were very keen on my house. They also crossed over as the viewings were booked in back to back. Nothing like creating a bit of competition eh?! I don't ask for much, I will totally accept normal people. Just don't come stinking of smoke and trying to lever 4 kids into one of my bedrooms!!!!
Also, the nice people at the Apple shop gave me yet another brand new phone:D. Fingers crossed, so far so good. Really not sure why they were so nice, I was almost late for my appointment and in my fluster told the nice man at the desk I had an appointment at the geek bar, as opposed to the genius bar:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:.
Please MSE buddies cross all your limbs that one of these lovely people want my house. Bated breath.
On the plus side if one of them take it, we can stop keeping it tidy and start selling the furniture from under our backsides!:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
Was going to ebay some more but think I will wait until the weekend when I get back to London as I have lots of goodies to list down there. Never mind, £10.50 coming my way on Saturday when a lovely Londoner is picking up my Leg Magic machine from work. The buyer for my Prada trainers is due to come tonight, fingers crossed thats another £20.
I'm sitting here in my lovely smelling clean and tidy house and not sure I want to let the boys back in.:oLBM 30/6/9 Unsecured debts [STRIKE]£25,323.48[/STRIKE] £0 :T Debt free

Still happy:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j.
The only thing the postie brought me yesterday was a Farmfoods leaflet - think someone is stealing my mail. Maybe trying to steal my identity:eek:. Don't worry they'll soon give it back:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:.
Back to London tonight to work like a fiend and ebay like a madman. Have 4 bank shifts booked over the next 2 weeks, and a fabulous Bon Voyage lunch booked with my 4 favourite girlies:D. My last ever trip to London starts tonight and I'm incredibly happy.
The buyer for the Prada trainers emailed me this morning, didn't come last night as she had a hangover:o. Is coming tonight, and £20 shall be mine.
Have a few more things to Gumtree, but think they can wait until I get back (forever:T). Still have a steam cleaner, a golf trolley, golf clubs, kids golf clubs and whatever else I can unearth:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:. And scarily enough that's just off the top of my head!
Also have sold my lamps on Gumtree, well one of them. She only wants one! £18 is mine, and the other lamp will be going to the car booty as the shade is broken. Received an email last night from someone asking if the Surround Sound is still available, it hasn't sold yet so hoping this lovely emailer has some dosh and wants it:D.
All going well, also sold a backpack which is being collected tomorrow at 2pm - £5 in the coffers:j.LBM 30/6/9 Unsecured debts [STRIKE]£25,323.48[/STRIKE] £0 :T Debt free

So if there is such a thing as karma in the world, it came back and took a gigantic bite out of my bum today:(.
There I was this morning singing sweetly about what a great day I was having. Until that is, I tried to print off the statutory declaration I was supposed to have witnessed by a Justice of the Peace this afternoon. The printer was out of ink - thought no problem - I'll go and use my Mother-in-law's - after all she moans she never sees me;).
I broke her printer. Thought - oh times a bit tight, I'll go into the library and use their free internet access to log on to my email and pay 5p to print it off there. Nope. I've not been to the library in so long I'm no longer a member, and I couldn't rejoin either, as I didn't have something with my address on:mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad:.
Forty minutes to the appointment time and I'm breaking into a sweat:eek:. The decrepit old Court Clerk is a bugg@r for timekeeping. I've tried everyone in the western world who may or may not have a printer and no luck. Thought I'd try my luck with the sob story. Phoned the old witch and explained I would be late by the time I went and bought a cartridge then went back home to print.
She cancelled my appointment!!!!!!:mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad:
Four hankies of tear later, and I've actually sorted it out. Bought a cartridge printed off the stooopid stooopid declaration, and made myself an appointment for 4.30pm with a Notary Public. The problem might be solved, but the Justice of the Peace appointment was free, and this one is going to charge me £20:mad::mad::mad::mad:.
All in the name of bloody Australia eh?!:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
Oh yeah and this is my second attempt at writing this post, because it deleted itself a minute ago:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:.
Oh yeah, and the buyer of the rucksack from gumtree emailed to see if she could collect it this afternoon. I said of course, now I can't find the bloody thing:mad::mad::mad::mad::mad:. Cue hunting through lots of bags of carp.LBM 30/6/9 Unsecured debts [STRIKE]£25,323.48[/STRIKE] £0 :T Debt free
