Made a total of almost £300 on the items which finished last night, 6 of which have been paid so I'm sitting after a really mental nightshift packaging up parcels to send off when the post office opens at 9am. Then its off to peaceful slumber until 6pm strikes:o.

At 6pm, I will check if any more have been paid and package them up for the next morning when the Post Office opens at 9am :D.

    You get the idea ;).

My bank nightshift was exceptionally busy - started with a grade 1 emergency and carried on in that vein. I've been scrubbed more times for caesarean sections than I'd like to count:eek:.

Never mind, did actually get a break for an hour somewhere in the middle, then relieved the Labour Ward Co-ordinator for a break and nobody died:p.

Triage nightshift tonight - also bank of course ;). Remember my cunning plan means that this is my last time in London and I am so bursting to tell people rather than keep it to myself. I can't say goodbye to so many of my colleagues - hope they forgive me!

Then Thursday night, another bank shift, this time on the Antenatal Ward with one of my best friends for company :D. And finally Friday, off to go for dinner with my nearest and dearest and say a bye bye within the confines of our clique!:T

    Gosh you are busy.

What is a Grade 1 emergency? Pretty serious I'm guessing. In my short nursing career (8 months) I had someone die on me on Christmas Day. Not the best Christmas I've had!

Hope the rest of the week goes well for you. You'll always have Skype to apologise on afterwards!

Grade 1 is the worst sort of emergency in obstetrics - threat of life to mother or fetus.

    All ended well thankfully :)

Wow that is really handy for you, the tenant want to buy some of your furniture. That is great news. Sounds like you are a bit sad that you won't be able to say goodbye to your London colleagues. I just hope they haven't organised a surprise going away party for you or anything:eek::eek::eek:

Going great guns on the selling, well done on that

    Thanks Chev,

I am a bit sad that I've decided to be a bit deceitful and sneak out the back door, as I've made some wonderful friends. Never mind, its all for the greater good and all that.

OMG can you imagine they had organised something?!

Trying really hard with the saving - NSD today (strictly speaking yesterday now ;)). All with the exception of postage for my ebay sales, but as I paid that out of my sales money I don't strictly think of it as spending cash. Not quite sure if that's a cop out?!:A
