I for one am definitely not offended by your planned sicky. It makes economic sense to me and I agree that you and yours need some time together before you head off. It'll be stressful enough without trying to fit in work as well.

I am amazed that you still have stuff to sell, do you live in a tardis by any chance? :rotfl:

Have just managed to raise my selling limits on eBay from 10 to 100 a month .

14 items listed on eBay, and a room full of stuff in London to flog when I get back at the weekend .

Still have some sifting to do through the house. A friend of my hubby's Aunt (confused?) is considering renting her flat fully furnished and might want to buy some of ours:T.

Bit more ebaying in store tonight. Have listed a couple of things on Gumtree, one of which is a pair of trainers who I think I have a buyer for:j.

Never mind, its investment in my new life;). Talking of investment - checked in a bag at the airport on Monday only to find it was 2kg overweight. BA charged me £40!:mad::mad::mad::mad::mad: Raging. Have fired off an email to them complaining and hoping for my £40 back.

Another viewing booked for 6pm tomorrow night, cue lots of tidying up tomorrow:eek:.

Medical went well, excluding the fact I'm £375 lighter. Never mind, apparently I'm fit enough to be an Aussie:D.

Hubby out pricing a job this evening, so hopefully another £50 - 70 for the Aussie pot.

Managed to make dinner tonight with just the addition of buying some baby potatoes. Meatballs with spicy tomato and chilli sauce tomorrow night.

Off to the Apple Shop today to get my iphone fixed.

Have two viewings tonight, that is if either of them turn up.

Sold my Prada trainers for £20 on Gumtree, buyer coming to collect tonight. Also have sold an old exercise machine on ebay for £10.50, buyer coming to my work on Saturday to collect and pay cash:D.

All going in the Aussie pot (which is quite bare to be honest with you). Also randomly bought a lottery scratch card yesterday (I never do this), and have won £10 - card cost me £1. That little brown note is going straight into the Aussie pot to keep the other ones company:).

No post yesterday, and so far nada today either.

I also have £12 Nectar points to spend before I leave. Wondering if I should get my kitchen roll and sandwich bags from Sainsburys using Nectar points rather than cash?

Also have to seriously think about putting the car up for sale. My neighbour has two beautiful BMW's and she has offered to insure us on one of them, should our car sell before we leave. I love my neighbour.:p

Also will be able to cancel the car insurance if the car sells - not too much at £22 a month, but every penny counts.

BTW - the little job my hubby priced last night was actually £150. He has got the job, and its to be done after work on the 18th and 19th June;).
