Have managed to resave the book (albeit in openoffice format because I'm too cheap to purchase Microsoft Office, but you should be able to view it in word), and will set about working on it for a couple of hours in between doing other bits of my list

Ok, just got word back from Australia and I have a zillion bits to do for the last step of my visa approval. That's my priority today and the rest is on hold. Going to do a quick round of tidying the house, just in case we get a viewing. Will take a break to quickly assemble the cottage pie at some stage. Other than that, I'm out of the loop for the day (at least) it would seem

Having done a quick clearout of Cole's room I cleared out a pile of his DVDs. Just entered a pile of them onto Music Magpie, but only offering 30-49p each. Think I will try my luck at the car boot sale first, then whatever doesn't sell can be sent to Music Magpie
. Back to the tidy up.

I'm quite honestly up to my t!ts in paperwork to complete my visa. Perhaps this is why many families pay thousands to an Agent to do all this cr-ap.
Never mind, if I can blitz some debt then this must be achievable. Major financial outlay coming my way:eek:. Had to arrange my private health insurance today and pay $178.89 up front today, to get the letter which satisfies the health insurance requirement of my visa. Once we arrive, we can register with medicare which is like their NHS and cancel the health insurance, as medicare alone will still satisfy the requirements of our visa:D. $178.89 a month saved already.:money:
Also have to lay out for medicals now, in addition to a zillion other things and finally the $305 fee for the actual Visa. Still need to pay $300 for Alan's ARTC too. I see more massive debts coming my way - only joking - maybe more massive work:rotfl: and massive savings.:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:.LBM 30/6/9 Unsecured debts [STRIKE]£25,323.48[/STRIKE] £0 :T Debt free

On the plus side hubby has managed to earn £160 so far this week, and looks like he is working again tomorrow for another £80.
He best get that CV to the guy round the corner before our luck runs out:eek:.LBM 30/6/9 Unsecured debts [STRIKE]£25,323.48[/STRIKE] £0 :T Debt free

:j:j:j:jOMG I've actually done it (I think). I may have actually completed the Visa process online and uploaded the zillion documents which I have already sent to WA Health, but that they want me to send again:mad:. I don't want to speak too soon, however my bank account being $350 (yes it was $350 not $305 as promised by WA Health), lighter would suggest I've managed to do something!:D
Off upstairs for a long awaited shower whilst hubby has Cole at football training. Managed to straighten up the attic conversion, our bedroom and hoover the lounge and hall. The kitchen isn't too bad and I'm just about to go in there and make a mess anyway:eek:.
All in all, didn't achieve everything I had set out for today but managed the monster which was sprung upon me, and managed bits and bobs. Also managed a couple of jobs not on the list, feeling rather angelic and think I might celebrate with a glass of chilled white once I'm clean. I have found a new wine - its called "The Optimist" and its from Australia. Its me in a bottle.
Thought I'd get all my favourite Aussie smileys over and done with:D.LBM 30/6/9 Unsecured debts [STRIKE]£25,323.48[/STRIKE] £0 :T Debt free

On the plus side, it isn't mentioning a medical for hubby which seems a bit too good to be true. Just gives requirements and a referral letter for me.
Will question this with every person in the know how I can find. Good news like this is not to be trusted (says she who just labelled herself the Australian Optimist).;)LBM 30/6/9 Unsecured debts [STRIKE]£25,323.48[/STRIKE] £0 :T Debt free

Gosh you have had such a busy day, it's hard to keep up. I love this diary, its like being a fly on the wall listening to you chatter away to yourself. Big thumbs up for all you've achieved today and really hope you enjoyed that glass of wine cos you definitely deserve it after that mega day.
You'll have to tilt your head to drink this one ())=( or pretend this is wine
