Well, have made a scrumptuous packed lunch for Cole and sent him off to school. Had a nice little breakfast to myself and settling down to Jeremy Kyle:D. Its blowing a gale outside and I'm cosy in my little house, albeit sitting in the dark to save cash.

Rejuvinated, have a pile of emails from Australia to sort out then will compile my to do list for today. Hopefully no big surprises coming my way to ruin my list today. Aiming for a NSD:j.

I'm back, having done a few surveys, sent off my declaration for my beautiful Doctor friend to witness, sorted out all my emails and printed off the enrolment forms for DS to go to Aussie schoolaustralian-flag.gif.

Have also entered the "this morning" comp for £32k online of course so its free :D.

Here's my "to do" list for today

    1. List more ebay
    2. Tidy the house in case there is a viewing today or this evening (yes again!)
    3. Sort out the bags for cash4clothes (leaving the car boot sale stuff until Friday)
    4. Have a NSD
    5. Complete, scan and send the enrolment papers to Cole's new school.
    6. If my lovely Dr friend emails me the document for AHPRA back, will email this back to them and hope this godforsaken procedure is done and finally I will be registered in Oz.
7.Rustle up the cottage pie for definate (hubby requested pie with home-made chips and beans last night and I caved cos I was completely stressed out figuring out the Aussie paperwork!).
    8. Check online banking
    9. Go through Cole's football strips for potential ebay or car boot.
    10. Print off a price list of furniture we want to sell to have on standby in case we have rental viewings.

That's all I'm planning for today because I really want to complete the list:A. As I'm determined to have a NSD I'm compiling tomorrow's list which will involve spending some cash:(. Bank money due in tomorrow, however remember I did have to shell out an initial payment for our private health insurance for our Visa, and also the $350 for the actual Visa yesterday:(.

    Thursday's To Do List

    1. Check online banking (call it a compulsion)
    2. Buy meatballs to do spaghetti and meatballs because they were a hit :D
    3. Check I've been paid for the 2 night bankshifts I'm due
    4. Start completing Alan's ARTC forms
    5. Book my medical and x-ray appointments to fulfil my Visa obligations (don't have to pay for this until the day it is done)
    6. Email my BUPA letter to the Case Officer dealing with my application

I'm leaving the rest open to negotiation as things have a tendency of creeping up on me:p.

Hubby is taking DS to see 3 of his friends play in a cup final on Saturday, so hoping that won't cost a'lot. He had been muttering about us going out this weekend, but since I told him how much money I had to spend yesterday he hasn't mentioned it again. His friend won't be paying him for a couple of weeks (at the moment he is owed £510 which includes him working tomorrow and Friday), which in a way will suit us because my bank money will cover us this week.

Hoping to manage the car boot sale this weekend at one point (probably Sunday) and leave Alan the cash to cover him for the 2 weeks I am away. I'm hoping for £150:eek:. I could quite lavishly survive on £150 for 2 weeks. Remember that all of his bills are paid, the car will be filled with diesel and all of Cole's clubs are paid by direct debit:mad:. If he makes a big deal of this I will kill him. All he has to do is a bit of shopping and keep his day to day expenses to a minimum. Simples.:D

If he continues to be kept in work then brilliant. If not he is going to register for Jobseekers Allowance and why not! It will be the first time in 15 years since he has asked the government for anything:o.

Have had it confirmed that only me will require a medical which includes x-ray and blood tests:j:j:j:j:j.

    Thats a major saving:D.

Forgot to say, hubby still has scrap to take to the dealer and expects its worth around £125. That's a handy one to have up our sleeve. The first day he isn't working, he will pop along to the dealer and cash it in. The money will be put in the bank, not left on the sideboard to be frittered.

Hubby also handed his CV in to the guy around the corner, doesn't sound very positive for any imminent work, but always handy to have done it anyway. On the plus side, his friend who is giving him casual work seems to be getting quite a'lot of work his way:T.

Have a headache, so off to take some NHS pinched painkillers. Then off to tackle the cash4clothes piles:eek:,

My lovely Doctor friend hasn't emailed me back yet, but then she is looking for a scanner in an NHS hospital:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:.

Not holding my breath on that one.

Haven't got as much stuff as I'd thought for the cash4clothes shop, never mind. Haven't entirely raided the bedrooms yet. Have a decent amount of stuff for the car boot sale though which I just happened upon whilst looking for other stuff:D.

Have the oven on because I'm having pie and beans for lunch mmm.

Meanwhile back in the garage, and I discovered 2 full packs of insulation roll - its selling for £24 each in B&Q. Off to pop both rolls on Gumtree - £15 for both:D. Who doesn't love a punt?
