Have also posted hubby on Gumtree, well not exactly him, his services.

Oh what a good idea, I think I'll have a go at posting my OH on there too. Oh but wait, I'd probably be had for being in breach of the sale of goods act, as I'm sure the goods have to be fit for the purpose.

Oh dear grumpy Granny slopes off into the corner to give herself a good talking to.

    Morning peeps

Well there was one viewing last night, but the people stink so I said no thank you. I'm sure their money doesn't smell quite as bad, but I do have to sell this house at some stage in the future.

Never mind, another 2 viewings this afternoon and the house is still clean and tidy from last night's efforts :D.

Off to get Cole ready for school xx

Nothing very much I can do before the viewings because I don't want to make any mess. Think I'll try to do a bit of writing ;)

I'm still writing Gx2 you will be pleased to know, just ducked back into the diary to cut and paste some letter templates:D.

My creative writing goes so much better with a nice chilled vino, but even for me its way to early in the day. Plus, I can't be drunk when my viewers come. Not even if they smell. It's bad for business!

Also, the insulation found in the garage has just sold. A nice lady called Margaret is coming with her cash at 3pm to collect :D.

I think I might try my luck on Gumtree with some other tat ;).

Well, I've passed a nice few hours battering out some more of my book. I've now completed the Barclaycard chapter and had a ball doing it:).

I'm really enjoying this. Don't know if I have enough stories to fill a book though. Help!

Can you imagine if this actually made me any money?!:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl: Wouldn't it be karma if it turned out to actually cost me money:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:!

The two appointments to view the house didn't turn up this afternoon. One did phone the agent to say her daughter had an accident at school and she had to go and pick her up but would rearrange. Whether or not that's the truth who knows?

    I'm remaining optimistic - I've built it - people will come:D.

You and granny have both really made me giggle. Needed it today been feeling a bit freaked out !!

We had our house up for sale a few times, but never did sell it, as I was so fussy as to who I would sell to. I drove Mr Pinot mad, if they looked odd, smelled weird or had bratish children I refused their offers. Total madness really, but I can really empathise with you on the smelly people front !!!

So........ can I expect some more bedtime reading winging my way later, I am getting impatient !! :D
