Ok postman been, and he didn't get chased down the path:rolleyes:.

No CCA responses, so second letters are being printed:D.

Littlewoods sent a bill, whopping on £24 in charges, so that I've paid £20 accrued £24 in charges, therefore they have increased my overall debt by £4:mad:. Considering lodging a complaint with the OFT and FO, as they are ignoring my requests for help during a difficult financial time. I'm sure they will tell me if I can't take it further, but it has to be better than being consistently ignored by Littlewoods.

Off for a cuppa before I launch into today's list head first :coffee:

Well its bedtime. Its been a rubbish day but I've still achieved things today.

I've started and just about finished my LAST EVER essay. So hopefully Tixy no telling off come Thursday will be necessary!:j

I've switched my gas and electricity via top cashback for an annual saving and an added bonus of £60.:D

I've made an offer of payment (which I had already sent in writing but they chose to ignore it) to Stirling Park via their website. Can't wait for the reply in the morning.:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

    To do list for tomorrow.

    • Send by recorded delivery all my paperwork back to Hillingdon with ID for my CRB check for my shiny new job.:j
    • [STRIKE]Wait to see what goodies the postman brings me. If I see another Stirling Park envelope I'll use my son's watergun to beat him back down the path.[/STRIKE]:cool:Postman escaped unscathed

Hope all goes well with Stirling Park. Well done with the essay - hard work but I bet you will be pleased when it is all finished.

I really don't understand companies adding so much in charges and interest when you tell them you can't afford it. Hmm Can't afford minumum payment of £X so we'll increase it to £XX - something wrong with their logic!

Ok National Debtline were nice, but turns out Stirling Park can "miss out steps" and can ignore my letters:mad:. They have ordered an arrestment of my bank, but as we are skint my bank said "there is no money there for you to have" and charged me £25 admin fee for the pleasure:mad:.

I broke the golden rule. I phoned Stirling Park, it now apparently relates to 2 x £90 parking fines which I find hard to believe:confused:, however...........

    I offered them a £1 a week - they declined.!!!!!!.gif

I explained we were in a DMP and that our income after priority debts is divided up amongst creditors and pretty much spoken for. I've managed to get an email address out of them so will email over all of my letters to them to date, and a copy of my income and expenditure along with a list of my creditors. I've been assured there will be no further legal action until they consider this and propose a repayment plan:eek:.

Really worried now because I have no further bursary payments and my salary is going to be eaten up by paying back my overdraft of £500 and my charges. No salary for me until the end of October then .rant.gif
