Posted around an hour ago on CAG - one response which suggested I move it to parking. Posted a link on there and nothing yet. Shamelessly bumped both. Think the best plan will be to speak to national debtline tomorrow:confused:.

Will update you all after I bare my soul tomorrow.

The deadline for some of my CCA requests is tomorrow. Will start formulating the next step letters ready to send after the postman has been.

If that bleedin postie (poor Royal Mail they get blamed for everything) brings any more of what I received today I think it will finish me off.:rotfl::rotfl:

Thanks Linda - think I needed a little optimism. Its so not like me, usually I can take it on the chin but that blew me away today.

Apart from anything else, my part-time job is with RBS and if it gets back to HR that I've had an arrestment processed I could lose my job apparently.

Received a useful post on the CAG forum to my court action worry.

They posted a link which sends an email direct to Stirling Park, so will be using this to formulate my response after speaking with debtline tomorrow. The link also gives access to a secure payment system allowing me to make my £1 proposed weekly payment. Hoping to get the court charges removed from the total, as I wasn't notified they were going to court and therefore wasn't given the chance to defend the claim.

Send a payment schedule to Stirling Park of the amount proposed in the letter they ignored. Waiting with bated breath.........

It's easy to give in to that negative voice that chants "cant do it" BUT we lift each other up.
We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.
Instead we look back proudly at our journey, our personal struggle & determination & remember that there are those that never even attempt to reach the starting line.

My capped gas and electricity rates are coming to an end at the end of the month. Just switched to EDF with an estimated saving of £300+ each year. Also got £60 cashback from Top Cashback:j.

    And Nectar points too:D

Well its bedtime. Its been a rubbish day but I've still achieved things today.

I've started and just about finished my LAST EVER essay. So hopefully Tixy no telling off come Thursday will be necessary!:j

I've switched my gas and electricity via top cashback for an annual saving and an added bonus of £60.:D

I've made an offer of payment (which I had already sent in writing but they chose to ignore it) to Stirling Park via their website. Can't wait for the reply in the morning.:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

    To do list for tomorrow.

    • Speak to Debtline Scotland re: nasty nasty Stirling Park court order:eek:
    • Check online banking - no doubt we are still broke:rolleyes:
    • Print and send next step letters to Barclaycard, Next and Lowells (Shop Direct) unless my CCA requests miraculously arrive tomorrow.
    • Send by recorded delivery all my paperwork back to Hillingdon with ID for my CRB check for my shiny new job.:j
    • Wait to see what goodies the postman brings me. If I see another Stirling Park envelope I'll use my son's watergun to beat him back down the path.

Forgot to mention. Blue Jeans and I are thinking about a race to our debt free date.

A little competition is always good for motivation:confused:.

BJ's total is a little higher than mine, but she is streets ahead seeing as she won a £5000 PPI reclaim!:money:
Still hopefully this can keep me on the straight and narrowfingersx.giffingersx.gif
