    i am not sure whether having a seperate bank account would help with this particular problem as I presume the bank have to do what they are told if it comes from a court so presumably the creditors do a search and find out your bank accounts and then just apply to that one? Am not sure if the fact it was a basic bank account would make much difference here?
    However in general it can be useful to have a fresh bank account.

    No I guess it doesn't help with this particular issue, but it is a step we took anyway when deciding to self admin our own DMP :).

    Looks like I'm off to post on CAG and call National Debtline for advice, as suggested by George. What a horrid day :(

    Written 1200 words of my 2000 FINAL FINAL FINAL EVER ESSAY due in on Friday. Reasonable progress for such a sh1tty day. Putting off phoning National Debtline until after a cup of tea.:)

    1683/2000 words. Calling it a wrap for today. DS is being taken out for the day tomorrow so will finish that then. Haven't started on the list for today eeeek!
