i am not sure whether having a seperate bank account would help with this particular problem as I presume the bank have to do what they are told if it comes from a court so presumably the creditors do a search and find out your bank accounts and then just apply to that one? Am not sure if the fact it was a basic bank account would make much difference here?
However in general it can be useful to have a fresh bank account.

Don't look at it as a horrible day, this is a day nearer to getting all this sorted, you're now moving in the right direction! :T:T:T:T

We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.
Instead we look back proudly at our journey, our personal struggle & determination & remember that there are those that never even attempt to reach the starting line.0
