Morning everyone
I hope everyone is managing to eat well and that the pounds are starting to fall off us all:D
Very few syns for me today after the cheesecake incident yesterday.
I am having a green day
B - 2 x WM toast with low fat spread (HEb, 1syn) Optifit yog & fruit
L - New pots, spring onions, sweetcorn with low fat mayo (1syn)
D - Quorn bolognaise with grated cheese (HEb)
snacks will be fruit and raw carrots & slice of ham for other HEb
Have a good day everyone, come on WE CAN DO THIS TOGETHER!!!!

I haven't really started properly yet. I will look up the SW website today and get going. I had a fridge full of food so needed to get rid of that first. I've been pretty good though, I did snack on a bag of beef monster munch yesterday but other than that I was a good girl.:A

Good day for me today, stuck to the plan and did another 6 mile walk although I am gutted that the shoes I bought yesterday with ALL of my birthday money have caused blisters on my heels:mad:
They fitted fine in the shop and the size below seemed to be a bit tight but these ones are rubbing on the heel, any suggestions? They actually seem a bit big now
Oh and by the way................its a bit quiet around here for my liking, come on get posting!!!!!But these things take time, I know that I'm, the most inept that ever stepped.0 -

I am not overly keen on the clappy bit but you do get used to it and I now enjoy staying for image therapy just for the hints and tips you get.
