    I have hardly been following my diet, I haven't posted here for ages but in my defence I did go away on hols last week. Now I'm in limbo before my next weigh in, part of me is telling me to be really good to lose any I put on during the holiday, the other part says eat what you want because you can blame it on the holiday!

    So far the dark side is winning and I had a lovely slab of chocolate fudge cake yesterday :o. 2 days to weigh in now :rolleyes:

    If you allow the dark side to win now, you may also allow it to woo you away from the plan altogether.

    Try to think back to all the reasons you joined SW in the first place.

    There's just about 16 weeks to Christmas - imagine yourself in the 'perfect' outfit for the festivities - how does it fit? Is it slinky or is it tight? Do you have to find something bigger to wear because you allowed the dark side to seduce you??????
    I let my mind wander and it never came back!

    Thanks Sally and Consultant - thats just what I needed!

    Okay so I have planned out all my food for today, I have brought my lunch (soup) to work as its always bad news for me if I don't - the shops are just too tempting.

    Right now I am hopeful for only a minimal weight gain from the holiday, although this in itself upsets me as I have never not lost weight since I joined. So I have set myself a challenge of if I have put any on this week I will be determined to lose it by next week, so then I'll be able to tell myself it was a temporary blip, not the start of a big fail.

    16weeks to Christmas :eek::eek::D

    Well I had the dreaded weigh-in and put on 1/2lb. Could have been worse I know but its still a gain. Determined to lose at least 1lb next week so that I'm back on track.
