I have stuck to the plan 100% this week but I still dont think I have lost anything near 2lbs
I have decided to throw a couple of Original days in as I tend to stick to green with the occasional extra easy day, thing is i am revenous already despite having:
2 x WM toast with low fat spread
2 babanas
1 apple
Large slice of SW quiche made with bacon, courgettes, onion, mushroom, peppers, quark and eggs.
1 tin mackeral in tomato sauce..........
Its only mid afternoon and I have the serious munchies, I think I will have to use my 2nd HEb and have some cereal.
Dinner will be fish in parsley sauce with a huge mound of carrots, cauli and brocolli. (only 1 syn for the fish in sauce)
Original days dont suit me at all:rolleyes:But these things take time, I know that I'm, the most inept that ever stepped.0 -

When do you weigh in then Lou?
Weigh in is Thursday Beanie, I am 9lbs to my target which I want to get to as quickly as possible cause my 12 week paid for in advance package ran out last week (hangs head in shame as I have only managed to lose 4lbs in 12 weeks:o)
That means that I will have to go back to paying £4.50 a week which is a bit steep but once I get to my target I can go to group for free so long as I stay within 3lbs each side of my target weight.
I am really looking forward to my dinner now:cool:But these things take time, I know that I'm, the most inept that ever stepped.0 -
Hello
I am listening to the Paul Mc Kenna CD. well falling asleep to it. I don't think it is working although I haven't had a real big pig out and I have learnt that I am most comfortable eating every two hours(!) I don't mean lots of food but I am more of a grazer then a big dinner girl.
don't know why I am telling you this but any way.
Wow Lou only 9 pounds off target! I think you are doing good
xxNevertheless she persisted.0 -

Hi everyone
My body doesn't like me! My eating has been a bit messed up this week - mainly due to not enough time to eat a decent meal at work - yesterday I lived on rice cakes and dried apricots (I probably don't need to tell you how rough I felt by 9pm!) - so then I had a jacket potato to try and put something decent in.
I am going to the gymn tonight, and will weigh myself there to try and get a handle on where I am - and today is a reasonable day SW-wise. Even though I am totally over the weird allergy thing from a few weeks ago - the rest of my body now seems to be saying 'Pay me some attention!!!' and queueing up to get me!! (I know I sound totally bonkers now:rotfl:)
I MUST get a grip!!!Onward and upward - with the odd step to the side
