    Morning everyone.

Well I am fighting fit once more - went to the gymn last night for the first time in a couple of weeks. It went ok - and leg only a little bit achey. HAd to keep it covered though - even though I know its healing nicely - it looks like I have a flesh eating disease! (I don't! Its the aftermath of a NASTY allergic reaction)

So today, fully back on the plan. Weighed myself last night - I put on 2 lbs over the holiday/rest when home - which is what I lost before I went - so all in all pleased with that.

Well done to this weeks losers.

Just a half pound off for me this week, but still reasonably happy. Though not enough to celebrate with too much food last night!

That Banoffepie sounds nice. I have such a sweet tooth, I wish I'd grow out of it!

Glad to hear you are improving Rupe, only 2lbs on is not much for a holiday and an enforced rest, at my class someone had put on 8.5lbs from her hols, I think I'd have cried but she didn't seem to mind too much.

Good luck bramalfie for later in the week (although I'm not sure I'd like a Monday weigh-in, I'm not very strict with myself at the weekend, I reckon I can have 3 good days to cancel out the bad:D)

I have been using distraction therapy like when you give up the fags, when I want chololate or crisps I get up and do a job, seems to work most of the time.

Had a good couple of days and managed to get out for a walk today............tonight I am out with the girls and will be drinking JD and diet coke, I have saved my syns and we have made a pact to walk past the chippy on the way home;)

I have planned ahead and saved a HEa & B so I can have either cheese on toast or 2 weetabix and milk when I get in and I am ravenous.
But these things take time, I know that I'm, the most inept that ever stepped.
