:):) Guess what I only lost a blooming pound and I am happy happy happy (considering I have been quite bad over the last week). So thats 7.5 pounds in 5 weeks I think. Still need to loose at least another 7 and I am secretly being a bit competitive with my sister as she said to me today she is exactly the same weight as me and she is normally at least a stone heavier so that has spurred me on a bit...I am bad I know!
I'll make a wish, take a chance, make a change And breakaway. I'll take a risk, take a chance, make a change and breakaway ....

  • Hi all
    Can I join your challenge?
I have done pretty well debt wise since I started my DFW journey, I have a small (£4500) loan to deal with and am working desperately hard to be sub £4k by the end of the month. (I was well over 10K)
However, the weight is not going so well and still have tons (well stones) to lose. I am back to work in 2 weeks so I will plan to start then, my mind works in odd ways and everything has to be lined up, start work, start diet etc etc. I love SW so will join a club/go it alone (Have all the books) by the 2nd Sept. Is that OK with you all? Have very busy schedule so not sure if I can fit in clubs. I have also signed up with DD to do the Aspire Channel swim (approx 1400 lengths of local pool between mid Sept to mid Dec) so this should help with fitness.

Hope I'm not too late to join the party. I'm down 36 pounds since January 1st but have hit a wall in the last month. 6 pounds to go to hit the a BMI of 23 on the Wii Fit scale!

Congratulations to everyone who has done so well in the last month on this topic!

All are welcome, I did have a tracking spreadsheet on the go at one point but that sort of got neglected:p

But we are all here to spur each other on even if its just to have a bit of a moan on the bad days.

    Morning all
Am feeling quite virtuous that I didn't eat the birthday cake last night and feel so much better for it this morning :)
Lets hope I can keep this up all week lol ;)
