Hi all - well done on all the fab losses. I am back from holiday - where I was v good. Unfortunately, brought back two massively swollen legs from an allergic reaction - so can't go to the gymn for a while - and thats where I weigh myself - so we shall see.. tomorrow - back in the SW swing - todya, am eating what is put in front of me, as my fab OH is pretty much doing eberything plus post-holiday sorting as I need to stay off my feet. As he chose to put flapjack and a cup of tea in front of me because he feels sorry for me, I'm going to say thanks and enjoy it!Onward and upward - with the odd step to the side

Evening Everyone.......hows the losing weight plan going?
We went out for an Indian meal last night but I stuck to a chicken curry with plain boiled rice and the tiniest piece of nan bread:D stuck to diet coke for damage limitation.
OH and I are still on our walking regeime of 6 miles a day and thankfully have managed the last 3 days without blisters or sore feet. But these things take time, I know that I'm, the most inept that ever stepped.0 -

Hello All
Not a good weekend for me diet wise- Yesterday I went out and drank far too much and today I have been visiting relatives and have eaten way too much. Plus I have not managed to fit any exercise in (well other than 6 hrs clothes shopping yesterday which was quite exhausting!)
How are your legs now rupe? do you know what caused the allergy? Hope you are improving soon.
Well done on keeping up with the walking Lou - I think I need something like that but seem to struggle to fit things in time wise. I'm always rushing around but I think its because I'm such a disorganised person that I waste a lot of time :rolleyes:A smile enriches those who receive without making poorer those who giveor "It costs nowt to be nice"0 -
Random question
Has any one tried Paul mc kenna?
xxxNevertheless she persisted.0 -
Hey Tixy - the legs are doing better know - ALMOST back to normal. We think I got bitten by some nasty insect/sand mite or something. My legs were pretty sunburnt:o and so the doctor thinks they were extra sensitive to whatever bit me.
Am starting to want to get out and about - so a couple of days and I'll probably be fine.
Was giong to get back on track today - but made rhubabrb crumble (mmm) - who can argue with that!?Onward and upward - with the odd step to the side
