Good luck for today lou, Im guessing a 2 pound loss this week!
I did have to laugh at your OH..sounds just like mine. I cook supper ask if he is having any, replies No not hungry or trying to cut out x, y, z then around an hour later he is in the bread bin eating sandwiches with lashings of butter, cheese etc or picking at the leftovers.. drives me insane!I'll make a wish, take a chance, make a change And breakaway. Just popped in to say that I was in Tesco and they are doing 2 x packs of 6 mullerlites for £3

Another good weigh-in (which was unexpected after choc ice, malteser, fudge and similar accidents) but despite all this and only 1 trip to the gym apparently I have lost 1.5lbs.A smile enriches those who receive without making poorer those who giveor "It costs nowt to be nice"0 -

OH is doing very well and has needed to put a belt on for his work trousers this morning, he has gone to work in a much better mood than he usually does, he has really made huge changes in particular the amount of alcohol he has been drinking this week and he is already reaping the benefits..........I am quite proud of him to be honest as I was starting to worry about his poor diet and lifestyle catching him up now he is in his mid 40's:oBut these things take time, I know that I'm, the most inept that ever stepped.0 -

Had my weigh in last night and I've lost another 2lb bringing my total to the magic half stone!! :j People are starting to notice that I'm losing weight too which is even better, long may it continue!! I love SW
