Evening all
Am on day three of doing the plan properly (yes!) - today I have skillfully avoided the mountain of cakes/biscuits that are inhabiting our kitchen (rugrats on school holiday and they LOVE to cook).
Found a series of 'You are what you eat' on Virgin's TV Choice - so have been watching it when I can wrestle the remote away from said rugrats. Some of the things on their are enough to stop anyone eating - so in some ways quite helpful - but am so glad I found SW - normal food and lots of it!
SO today have used 12syns, have a HEB left in case I get late night munchies - going well. Having a night of from the gymn as have been really tired all day. Tomorrow is LUNCH AT MUM'S - will need to keep ALL my syns for that!:rolleyes:Onward and upward - with the odd step to the side

I know that I went on holiday but I didnt binge, have been walking 6 miles almost every day and stuck to the plan since I got back

Louise - DON'T GIVE UP!!! Sleep on it, and see how you feel tomorrow. Even if you can just stick it out for another 7 days - I bet whatever you put on over your holiday will come off again.Onward and upward - with the odd step to the side

Lou just remember what you said to me last week...next week you will have a good week. Its hard I know, in fact I am truely expecting to have a stay the same week again next week, like every other week.
Keep at it, don't pressure yourself, keep the walking up and see how you get on. You also don't have much to loose like myself remember so it takes longer and will be harder!

Lou - like Rupe says you'll feel better about it tomorrow. Everyone has ups and downs, next week you may have a much better result.
I lost 1lb at weigh in today, thought I may have put on and at best was hoping for non change so quite pleased. Still want another 4.5 off in next 3 weeks before hols tho.A smile enriches those who receive without making poorer those who giveor "It costs nowt to be nice"0 -
Think that I have lost 2 lbs this week - but have weighed myself early, as I'll be on holiday when an official week is up. V encouraging I must say - but then I have stuck to the plan completely this week. Am taking it one day at a time - cos in the few months I had not following the plan, I developed some TERRIBLE snacking habits!:oOnward and upward - with the odd step to the side
