    Welcome aboad Lucy everyone has different goals but we are all here for the same reason !

    Well have to say I am reasonably pleased with myself yesterday and resisted eating chips and stuff at the meet yesterday and waited until I got home to have some pasta and quorn mince :) I tell you if I don't loose this week I will go mad! Off out for a run in a bit :)

    Well yesterday went a bit off at about 10pm last night, I have decided that time is my danger time for the serious munchies, I ended up having a packet of crisps and a square of chocolate in addition to my second HE and some fruit...........I think next time it would be a better idea just to go to bed:rolleyes:

    Today will be awkward as I am cooking dinner for my Grandad and family as it is his 85th birthday.

    Extra easy will be the best plan I reckon. After lunch when the family has left I will be off on a 6 mile walk to try to burn off some of this holiday indulgence.

    I put my 3lbs loss back on this week :o
    Sometimes it's hard to walk in a single woman's shoes - that's why we need really special ones!

    Oops not been keeping up with this thread, I lost 2lbs last week (Thurs is weigh-in for me). Right off to check back over thread to see how we are all getting on....

    Have been a little bad today I had a scone with jam (no cream though) and a small piece (tiny) of birthday cake. Been very hard being out and about and having to buy things to eat, although have got through 2 punnets of strawberries this weekend and went for a 3 mile run today so not all bad I guess

    Green day for me today

    B - Branflakes with skimmed milk and chopped banana (hea&b)

    L - Spanish omelette made with leftover pots and veg from yesterday;)

    D - Quorn bolognaise if I can be bothered to make it, failing that I might do SW egg and chips.

    Snacks will be fruit and thats it! Trying not to have many syns as I would love to have lost on Thursday despite my holiday.

    Did a 6 mile walk yesterday and will do the same today.
    But these things take time, I know that I'm, the most inept that ever stepped.

    Im sure you will have lost or maintained Lou. I fact I did a sneaky weigh in this morning and providing I don't get the pre Star water retention and bloating i think I should have lost this week...got to get to wednesday :)
