I was quite good at the party yesterday, only 1 glass of wine some chilli and rice (free) some cheese (perhaps slightly over my HE but not too bad) and a tiny dollop of sherry trifle.

Managed to squeeze in a 6m powerwalk again though:A

Today is an original for me so plan to have

B - All bran with sliced banana and S milk (HEa & b)

L - tinned salmon with scrambled eggs

D - Roast chicken with veg & pots (HEb)

Snacks of fruit and some cheese for my other HEa

    Have a good day everyone.
But these things take time, I know that I'm, the most inept that ever stepped.

I had a week like that just before we started this tread I was right back to my starting weight and I came out of the group nearly in tears. Just decided to get back on the track and have another go.

This tread is really helping me focus even though we are dwindling in numbers.

  • How did it get to week 3 already? I've been pretty good (ie. better than before ) but yesterday I made a birthday cake and ate all the surplus bits as I went (sponge, coconut, liquorice, cola bottles etc) and today I'm going out for lunch with some work mates who I haven't seen for months. Haven't been to the place so I don't know what I'm having to eat. Good news is I'm driving so alcohol free :rotfl:

I seem to have lost 3lb in 3 weeks tho without noticing :T!

I dont think that 4lbs for a holiday is too bad Luc. I am sure you will get that back off in no time at all :grouphug:

    Not entirely unexpected TBH:o

I am much better now - had 2 runs and a gym session in last 3 days and plan another run tonight. It is a bit disheartening to have to build the distance back up again but my lungs just can't hack it at the moment (legs okay though;))

Problem is I'm off to my Mum & Dad's for 10 days on Monday and Mum tends to show her love through food and she has a lot of love to give:rolleyes::rotfl:
