Ah Lou hun, if you have star then you will probably be 2-3 pounds heavier than your normal weight, I know I am. Keep up the walking as it will have effect in the end hun. Ive resigned myself to weight loss every other week so I don't put too much pressure on myself and I think you should do the same as you have so little to loose
I'll make a wish, take a chance, make a change And breakaway. I'll take a risk, take a chance, make a change and breakaway ....

Half a pound off for me this week:D

We had a taster night and I got to try some of the food that other group members had prepared, the SW quiche was beautiful and there was a banoffee pie made with toffee mullerlite and quark........nom nom nom.

I got a special mention for all of the walking I have been doing and my fit log was read out to inspire the group:o:o

I want at least 2lbs off for next week:cool:

Brilliant Lou so a loss and with star! You should easily loose that 2 lbs next week and well done for being an inspiration.

Someone at my group was going on about quiche made with those pasta in sauce packet things?

Oh I havent heard of that before Sal, I wonder if you make it up as normal and then mix it with the egg mixture and veggies:confused:

Someone had made a chocolate cake using scan bran but that was a bit gak I thought although other people were asking for the recipe.

Oh Sal I meant to ask you did you use quark once on pasta? I seem to remember you mentioning it once? I really fancy a nice creamy mushroom and garlic pasta and wondered if quark could make a sauce?

Evening all, weigh in day for me but I missed the class, didn't get away from work on time and got back too late for weigh in, going to go to one of the other groups in the area on Monday though instead...

I keep seeing lovely sounding recipes made with Quark - never heard of it but will give it a go having just looked it up and found out what it is!! Thanks to mysupermarket I now know how much and what packaging to look out for!! Think I will be making a cheesecake this weekend!!
