I am almost in the sod it stage too Sal, just had a peek on the scales after being 100% good and walking over 25 miles this week..........looks like i have lost about quater of a pound:o

I have kept a food diary religously for the last 2 weeks and weighed and checked my syns on everything, I have only used between 5-8 syns a day except for Saturday when I would say I had around 25 syns when i went out with the gilrs.........

I honestly dont know what else I can do:(
But these things take time, I know that I'm, the most inept that ever stepped.

    Up 1lb

Could have been a lot worse so I don't feel too bad about that. Just need to pick up running again and it'll go;)

Lou I would say that if you are doing all that walking that you probably need to have a few more syns (10 maybe). I'll be interested to see how I get on at next weigh in now that I am back running...think I will not find it easy and sometimes I wonder why I bother to exercise when its easier to loose weight when I don't :rotfl::confused:

Will be thinking of you tonight :grouphug:

    Morning all,

After missing last weeks weigh in I never did make it to the one on Monday...
Anyway went along last night and I've lost another 2.5lb so 9.5lb in total. I really do love SW as I don't feel like I am missing out on anything so am not having cravings and my chocolate consumption has gone down without me noticing!!
