Thanks for the giggle. Think you should be whatawit, not whatatwit!

You get my vote for DFD SW online Clappy and image therapist.

    Plan for today:-

    - HM meusli with skimmed milk
    - Salad in WM pitta bread with mushroom soup
    - Chilli con carne and rice.
    - Walk to work now 4 miles

    - Snack LF yogurt and raspberries
I learned that courage was not the absence of fear, but the triumph over it. The brave man is not he who does not feel afraid, but he who conquers that fear.

    Morning all:D

Twitty has got the clappy image therapy off to a tee there:rotfl: its all positive stuff though and really does help you along the way.

OK so today I have popped on my own scales and havent lost a jot! Its weigh in tonight for me and as I havent been for 2 weeks I was hoping for a good loss, I will be surprised if I stay the same:o

We had a takeaway on Friday night but have been good since then and walked a total of 22 miles since Saturday (OH and I that is just incase you thought I was using the royal we)

So......I am going to try the success express plan for a couple of days to see if that can jump start my losses again.

Basically you can have your HEs as normal but only superfree foods are free for snacks and in each of your 3 meals of the day you fill one third of your plate with Original/green food (you can mix them) and fill 2 thirds of your plate with Superfree foods.

I will let you know how it goes. Weigh in for me tonight:o
But these things take time, I know that I'm, the most inept that ever stepped.

    Good luck tonight Lou
I just can't see how the hell I am going to loose weight with all this free food...I mean I can eat a BIG plate of pasta and that would be hundreds of calories!
So today I am having a green day
Didn't have any of the cereal that was on the list so have had 1 banana in my milk allowance....have got couscous and salad for lunch with bit of salad cream 2.5 sins
No idea what I will have for tea..chicken with something

Twitty...your image therapy clappy thing Is EXACTLY how it was last night...first time ive laughed hard like that for a long time!
I'll make a wish, take a chance, make a change And breakaway. I'll take a risk, take a chance, make a change and breakaway ....

Sally...it does work....you are cutting out bread and fat ( I know you can have some, but it is limited) don't fall into the trap of not eating enough though. :D

Well done Disni, now keep going. :T

I think we should although we have just started so I was going to ask for losses from Monday 21st so that we have had our first week over with then week 2 starts the following Monday28th. Anyone weighing in this week can add it onto their first weeks loss next week.

    Does that make sense........?

Oh I have just thought on, I will be on holiday from the 24th till 1st August so I will have to catch up on the Spreadsheet once I get back.
