Morning all. Could you post a few more details on the kick start regime Louise, think my metabolism could do with a bit of a shock to get it moving again.

    Plan for today.

    HM meusli - skimmed milk
Garden salad with salmon and feta cheese
Chicken tarragon, new potatoes and brocolli, carrots.

    Snack WW chocolate roll :j

    45 minute walk.

As far as I can tell this is how Success Express works:

Have 3 meals a day, at each one fill two thirds of you plate with superfree foods then one third of your plate with foods that are free on green or original (both together if you like).

Add your healthy extras every day as usual
    Enjoy your syns between 5-15

Snacking must only be on Superfree foods or healthy extras though!!!
But these things take time, I know that I'm, the most inept that ever stepped.

Thanks Lou and welcome Tigzem, we all need as much moral support as we can lay our hands on.

Well today has not been as good as day one and two, but basically stuck to the eating plan and exercise. Succumbed to half a bottle of wine, which is a real weakness, and wasn't on plan, ho hum.

    Onwards and upwards :T.

How many syns am I allowed in a day, if i'm going to reach my model girl (ha ha) figure?

Still can't quite get my head around the new SW approach. May need to rework the budget and join a class.

Between 5-15 but I like to keep it under 10 most days.

Scrooge your food always sounds so nice:drool:

Extra Easy day for me today I need to use up some store cupboard stuff before the holidays.

B - Banana and Optifit Yog (1.5 syns)
L - Mackeral in tom sauce with 2 x WW brown danish toast (HEb)
D - Cod in parsley sauce (1 syn) with new pots and peas

Snack - 3rd slice of WW brown danish with 42g of Cathederal City lite cheese (HEa), plenty of fruit.

You are allowed 3 x slices of WW brown danish bread as 1 healty extra, OK toasted but to have it as a sarnie is like eating fresh air:rolleyes:

Hoping to resume my walking with OH but typically, now that I have broken up from work for summer I am coming down with a cold:mad:

  • Well done so far - thanks for the funny stories! I've had an OK week considering my Mum's been staying (cheese / biscuits / cheese / hummus / biscuits / full blown curry last night ). I think this is going to take some time - i just keep 'forgetting'. Today I started with water and bran flakes with sultanas :A. Decided to catch up with MSE and have been sitting here polishing off the remains of yesterday's Doritos (inserts self-flagellation smiley here). Why did I do that - I wasn't even hungry?!?
    Lose The Beef Challenge :p - start 17.01.11 3.5lbs/60lbs
Tone The Rest Challenge :A - start 17.01.11 Jan 10/14 days Feb 17/28 Mar 4/31
    Buy Less Cr*p Challenge :D - start 01.02.11 Feb £0/£300
    It's not the destination...
.............................. ...it's the glory of the ride!

Change of plan for today, I am off to the Metro centre with Hubby and we are going to Nando's for dinner:eek:

I have had a look at the menu online and have decided to have the 1/4 chicken with spicy rice and sweetcorn. Fits in nicely with the Extra Easy plan.

    Drinks will be diet coke:A

Thats why I like SW so much, you can still have a life:D
