Spud...don't you ever feel you are letting us down lady, because you are NOT. Now listen you can do whatever you feel is best, bit of healthy eating, say 20 mins on the treadie each day? All will help hun I promise.

Even though it was the party today I have been so busy I haven't really eaten at all  Had weetabix minis and milk for breakfast, then grabbed a muller yog before heading out the door...didn't eat any of the party food even though I found myself helping myself and about to put it in my mouth without even realising! Got home had 1 small bit of cake (no idea on sins?) then an apple, banana and yog for supper as I had past being hungry

    Must do better tomorrow

  • I think I get it. Is there a limit on my red and green days - I am guessing that since veggies can do all green days there isn't?

just for recording purposes today I ate

    frosties and milk
    two slices of toast
roast chicken, two potatoes, mountain of stuffing mixed veg.
    coke 500ml
    3 pancakes
    packet of french fries
    3 cups of tea

I thought Weight watchers was complicated!! but I think after the dentist tomorrow I shall have to go shopping.

Its going to be hard with Mum, she saw the books and looked worried. *sighs*

    *goes back to the books*

  • Ok, have spent two hours trying to meal plan for SW and just cannot figure it out at all!

I must be fairly stupid but I just do not get all the things you need to include. I understand the free food thing and the syns but the healthy extras a and b I cannot see me managing that.

So rather then constantly bugging you lot with questions and showing myself to be even more stupid I have dug my Weight Watchers stuff out. (and when I say dug I mean under the bed and everything!)

My ten percent goal is 18 pounds. I have 24 points (!) I have pointed my food using stuff we have in the house.

We have hilights and digestive biscuits and I am slowly remembering all the old tricks and patterns.

Whatawit, pm me your address, i feel so bad putting you through all the hassle, I will send back your books so sorry xx

    night/morning

Spud, don't make any decisions about quitting yet.....I joined last week and I haven't changed my habits at all :o
I popped into Sainburys this morning and bought a pack of their scrummy granola squares  I'd eaten 3 by 10.30
I will get my A into G this week...honest

This is me all over  - but I'm working on the assumption that if I keep logging on here, things will sink in and I'll do less of the eating without realising stuff. Which would be a start :D

    Spud,
I'm doing what Sally says (sorry I haven't worked out how to quote more than once in a message) about healthy eating and a bit of exercise [STRIKE]every [/STRIKE] most days to start with (:rotfl:-this is the sound of my inner voice taking the p***!) and seeing what happens. I'm not very good with 'plans' and I can't get to a class but am happy to sit at the back here and plod on and it's near the door so I can slink in and out ;).

Yesterday was my best day so far (still rescued a cream doughnut from its sell-by date tho). Today I'm concentrating on drinking loads of water and not eating the really crap stuff (there's none left in the house - result:j!)

    Good Morning everyone

I guess we all have to find a plan that we are happy with and understand as losing weight is difficult enough without getting stressed about it all....

So no matter if you are doing SW, WW or just cutting down on the junk and increasing your activity its all positive:T

I went over my syns slightly yesterday but it was my Birthday so I am going to draw a line under that one:rolleyes:

WEEK 1 WEIGH IN starts today and ends Sunday 26th July so PM or put in RED your losses so I can add them to the Spreadsheet.

Great start to the holidays Buffy...don't overdo it though on your first day otherwise you will spend the next week suffering and unable to do anything!

Get those trainers on and go for a nice 20 min power walk (we know you can do 10k so no excuses!)
