water to drink (not enough)
OH came back with chunky Kitkat which stayed unmolested in the fridge for ooh 4 hours :rotfl:

I am guessing I am on red day (roast chicken for lunch, with veg no potatoes so long as I can break the news to Mum)
I shall go back to read the books!

I think you would benefit from going to a group (a couple of times at least). The plans are quite complicated to understand, but they're really easy once you've had a full explanation.
You pay £10 to join (plus £4.50 every week after the first week) and receive all the up-to-date books you'd need to get off to a flying start.
The magazines are excellent for helping you to plan menus as there's always a 7 day plan in them.I let my mind wander and it never came back!0 -

Thanks Lenny, very proud of myself, got a long way to go though, so not out of the woods, but this time next year I'll be there!
I know what you mean about getting on the wagon and staying there, I think mostly its how much you want it. I want to be smaller, I want to buy my clothes in normal shops and not be seen as overly different, I'm lucky I have supprot of my DH and my mum comes with me to classes, but even without these I would do it anyway because this time, I really want it, and no one can give you that.
Sorry for the long post, hope it helps a little at least!Debt free 11/05/11!

Ive grazed all day today although all on free stuff (apart from the licorice) and am just cooking up some rice to go with a packet of beanfeast I found lurking at the back of the cupboard. Lou do you know if its free or has a syn value?
