    What total Loss? I need to loose around 18 pounds so only 15 to go :)

    Sorry Lou, it was a beauty though, if I had some scales I would have weighed myself before and after :D Seriously though I've not started a diet but we are gooing to buy en-masse once we've moved and it will be easier to menu plan the main meals so to speak. I like the SW Spag Bol with the shallots and red wine yum yum
