Can I join in please? I signed up to SW last week, first time I've tried it and so far it seems great, I can still eat most of the foods I love as long as I'm careful!!
Had my first weigh in tonight and have lost 1.5lbs which I'm really chuffed with!! Celebrated with a curry (chicken dhansak 6.5syns and boiled rice on extra easy) which was really yummy!! I've got a good few stone to lose but trying not to think about it that way so am just aiming for a 7lb loss to start and will keep doing that till I get to a weight I'm happy with!!0 -
