Sorry Lou, it was a beauty though, if I had some scales I would have weighed myself before and after :D Seriously though I've not started a diet but we are gooing to buy en-masse once we've moved and it will be easier to menu plan the main meals so to speak. I like the SW Spag Bol with the shallots and red wine yum yum

I first took that to mean that if you had some scales you would have weighed your poo:eek::rotfl:

You have alot going on at the moment it will be easier once you get all settled in your new house.
But these things take time, I know that I'm, the most inept that ever stepped.

Have you got your glasses on? Cherie was stating that she would like to lose 54 lbs.

But well done Cherie for joining the challenge, I shall add you to the spreadsheet.

Morning everyone, weigh in for me today but I feel really meh as I am having a particularly heavy star:o

I ususally eat before group as it is quite a late on at 7.30pm but tonight I will eat when I get back to give me a fighting chance of showing a loss.

Setting off for our holidays in Cornwall tomorrow and although I will be conscious of what I eat (and drink) I am not going to be too strict :D

Trying to use up stuff out of the fridge today so I will be having

B - Bran flakes with skimmed milk (HEa & B)

    L - Quorn pasta bolognaise

D - New pots with ratatouille and quorn sausages.

Might have 2 x alpen lite bars for my other HE
