No I dont usually share it with the group, it took me a couple of weeks to catch on to what they were talking about too:rotfl:But these things take time, I know that I'm, the most inept that ever stepped.0 -
hi all.
i just quit my gym! It was a rip off, and i found myself preferring to go for a jog rather than go all the way to the gym. anyways, now trying to get back into good shape! trying to eat less fatty goods.
how's everyone getting on?Me: Would you like a drink?
Old Man: I don't drink anymore [awkward silence] that being said...I dont drink any less either!0 -
Morning all - I haven't been posting out of shame:o - cannot get myself back into the SW way of things. I stick to the plan pretty well during the day - but its the late night scoffing that does me in! I've got into the habit over the last few months of having something about 10.30pm - like a chewy bar or crisps (well lets be honest - I have 2 of whatever I want to eat:rotfl:) and its so hard to stop doing that.
But - over the last few years I have lost 4 stone - and I really don't want to put it back on - feel so much healthier and am loads fitter as well. I've had one more stone to lose for about a year and a half now though.
But today is a new day...Onward and upward - with the odd step to the side
