    Morning everyone...

Bit of a funny day for me today as I am off to a shopping mall with my boys for the day........not sure how to handle this to be honest.

Think I will start out having an extra easy day so.....

B - 2 x WM toast (heb) with low fat spread (1 syn)

Lunch - thats the tricky thing, going to try to find somewhere that does jacket spuds at the mall failing that I could pick up a salad from M&S

Dinner - Quorn bolognaise with grated cheese (hea)

I will take some fruit with me just incase I get the munchies and am tempted by thorntons shop:o

6 mile walk planned for tonight with OH although I will be doing quite a bit of walking today me thinks:rolleyes:

Good luck with the weigh in Sal x

Not the best day I have to say, I ended up in Flatbread cafe and ended up with a potato, onion and marsalla flatbread pasti type of thing that I ate the middle out of and then had a date frangipan cake thing:o (which was tiny I have to say only cost £1)

Guess that would be all my syns for today so I will have some quorn bolognaise later and a 6 mile walk to burn some of it off:D

Weigh in tomorrow for me and if I havent lost something this week I will really be cross.

That sounds delicious. And I was already feeling hungry today before I read that! I've been avoiding the work kitchen all day as there are cakes from a birthday in there and I really want one. But weigh in for me tomorrow so can't do anything 'bad' today. However tomorrow after weigh in I'll be having something really tasty!

I'd love to lose 54 pounds

My problem is I've got a sweet tooth and no willpower ............
