i find the best plan to do on SW is Extra Easy. everything thats free on a red day and everything thats free on a green day is free on extra easy.
i used to do red/green days but its soooo much easier with E.Easy! get a magazine if you dont want to pay for class... i used to go slimming world for a year but coudlnt afford it anymore so have to go it alone!
but hopefully will get results too, jsut have to stay away from biscuit tin at work!!!I have learnt from my in-debt days....never again!0 -
I braved the scales this morning. It wasnt nice. I didnt think it was possible to put so much weight on in such a short space of time, but never mind. I'll stick with my 4 stone in a year target and re-assess when I get thereIs it better to aim for the stars and hit a tree or aim for a tree and land in its branches :think:Loves being a Wonderbra friend :kisses3:

I just feel awful Lenza, really bloated. So annoyed with myself for putting it back on, after losing nearly 2 stone just a matter of weeks ago :mad:Is it better to aim for the stars and hit a tree or aim for a tree and land in its branches :think:Loves being a Wonderbra friend :kisses3:

Disaster on day 2:rolleyes:
Went out for lunch with Mum as she is off to Thailand for the summer it was all going so well, I ordered chicken (heb) stuffed with mascapone cheese(HEa) and mushrooms with pots and veg
then Mum bought us both a portion of American baked cheesecake with fruit:o
I didnt use all my syns yesterday so I am going to count that as flexi syns and have 0 syns tomorrow.
Off for a 6 mile walk with OH tonight so that should ease the guilt a little bit:rotfl:But these things take time, I know that I'm, the most inept that ever stepped.0 -
you have good control LouiseJ to count as flexi-syns. im really bad for binge eating if i even taste something sweet or chocolatey THATS IT!!! im eating rubbish for the rest of the day coz i think i have "blown it"....
its all or nothing for me!
really need some self controlI have learnt from my in-debt days....never again!0 -
I have got off to a horrendous start. Crisps and chocolate yesterday, and I have just made a pie that will be ready soon - pastry, chicken, ham, CREAM... am drooling at the smell of it though
served with lots of green veg though!
Just debating whether to join SW, try WW again (admittedly when I put on weight I was BFing so many extra points allowed... and used...) or tell OH to get used to eating alone and give CD a bash. But I want to be healthier, not just thinner. I have a purple Ted Baker coat in a size 12 that I want to wear this winterme as a 12 is skinny, I am tall and an hourglass when I'm not overweight... my hips can only shrink so much
Trouble is when I ate healthily ALL the time I also blimmin' smoked  that puts paid to wanting chocolate etc - but I will never ever smoke again - just wish I could never eat chocolate again too.
Actually (this post has turned into a bit of a stream of consciousness, sorry) I think I might try Paul Mckenna's system - it really does work but you MUST listen daily and that's where I started to slide and then stopped altogether. Half an hour isn't much to find in a day to be alone but when life suddenly gets hectic it can seem difficult. Hmmmmmmmm.0
