I weighed in this morning, there doesn't seem to be any damage done from the weekend binge but I find it can take a few days to catch up on the scales. But i'll worry about that another day.

I'm going to break down the weight loss into stages too. I'd really like to lose half a stone before weybiza. 19 days, that should be easy (hahaha).

Meant to ask if I'm allowed to join. :o

Not going to join anything specific. Eating healthy, exercising and breast feeding has lost me 3 stone since Nathan was born and I have about a stone to lose to get to target weight:D

I suddenly feel depressed, I've only managed 16 lbs since january

  • Hi Daphne - thta sounds like me. I admit to once saying out loud what should have stayed in my head after a class "If I want a bloody muffin, I'll have one right?" Kids were in the car with me - thought it was hilarious and took the p*** mercilessly all the way home. My face was sooo red - glad it was dark :D

TBH I've surprised myself. Starting running regularly has definitely helped. I'm still a bit squishy around the middle though and its the muffin top I've still to get rid of:p

    Hello

Could you put me down for 5lbs target by Aug 23rd please? I find it easier to break it down into smaller lots!

Yes the normal fruit mullerlite yogs are syn free, as are the Aldi optifit yogs which I prefer as they are really creamy.

I have added everyone onto the spreadsheet that has requested it, havent got everyones targets though so could you let me know when you get chance xx

    SWspreadsheet
But these things take time, I know that I'm, the most inept that ever stepped.
