Ooooo lots of familiar faces to add to the Spreadsheet, everyone welcome.

I will update the spreadsheet sometime today as shooting off to work in a minute.

Here is my meal plan for today

    Green Day

Breakfast - 2 x WW danish brown toast (HEb) with low fat spread (1syn)
you can have 3 slices of WWdanish but I will use my spare one for supper.

Lunch - Egg salad with low cal mayo (1syn), Aldi Optifit Yogurt (free) banana, peach

Dinner - Chicken (HEb) + Veg stir fry with vietanamese noodles (all spices are free as is soy sace and tobasco)

Snack - 1slice WW danish toast with Cathederal city lite cheese (HEa) (HEb)

Might have a Hartleys low fat jelly if I fancy it too (half a syn)

still have about 8 syns left (I keep up to 10 otherwise I dont seem to lose) so might have a kitkat or a packet of crisps:D

Have a good day everyone..........stealth ON!!!!!!
But these things take time, I know that I'm, the most inept that ever stepped.

Penguin, that's an amazing weight loss so far, well done! :T

I'm going to start properly tomorrow I think, because I haven't done my shopping yet, but will try and at least be reasonably healthy today.

Is anyone doing the extra easy plan? Can you have any red or green foods in any quantities? And 1 healthy B choice? How many A choices?

I've only ever done green days before, but if I don't want to have to make separate meals for the kids, it will be easier if I include some red foods too.

Can I just make a suggestion here. Soy sauce has a lot of sodium which causes water retention so I would limit use of it if you're trying to lose weight and if you do use it go for a low sodium option.

Hope that helps and sorry if you already knew that:o

    Hi All,
I have about 4 stone to lose (lost 2 stone before xmas getting ill; gained 2 stone back since getting treated ). Pennies finally dropped that I'm going to have to Do Something - it's not all going to melt away in the sun. I refuse to buy new clothes and am sick of wearing stuff that's not me but fits.

I did once do Rosemary conley but when I suggested to my friend that we go for a drink straight after exercise she just kind of looked at me :o.

I can't go to meetings or justify joining online but thought Healhty eating / start exercise - is that OK? I'd just like to think i'm not on my own with this but if it is SW that's ok too - I'll follow your progress anyway :D

    LOU

Meant to ask if I'm allowed to join. :o

Not going to join anything specific. Eating healthy, exercising and breast feeding has lost me 3 stone since Nathan was born and I have about a stone to lose to get to target weight:D

Hi Lenza, I'm not sure if I'll do it the SW way or just watch what I eat - I am not good with plans (I put on weight with WW ) and I get an odd kick out of breaking the rules

But my motivation is a) exercising - I used to be very fit and I equate that with happiness - and b) it's shallow perhaps, but clothing. I have lots of very nice clothes I can't wear. I am not giving up on wearing them again!
