Not today, but always in branch as advisors are ignore my requests (very simple one: to close a web saver account) and I have filed the complain about it and get £50 compensation for f*ck me about and waste of my time.0

does anybody only still have access to certain information online or is it just me? for example i cant see my mortgage or loan and only parts of my credit card details but current account is fine. The message at the top of the screen "Some details cannot be displayed at this time etc etc " has been there since they updated there site last year and it went wrong big time!!0
