UPDATE - Anyone else having problems with Halifax online today?
Comments
-
International Payments not working from some of my current accounts, but works from others.0

My problems are still there, but at least after they have found out what the problem is. Apparently POAs were asked to re-register in March prior to the migration, but not all POAs were contacted. And I was one, so I have had to re-apply to become POA on the accounts, until then no phone banking and no internet banking. Once the accounts are functioning myself and the branch are starting the complaints procedure. The branch spent hours trying to sort it out, and eventually got an email back saying oops, make apologies to the customer.x x x0

I haven't been able to get onto the Halifax online account since last night. If I manage to get as far as the Memorable Data I then get told, "
Sorry, we've had to sign you out
I've tried 2 different browsers, cleared cookies, tried my phone, but nothing.
I would try calling them, but I'm abroad at the moment and would disturb the OH seeing as it's the middle of the night.0 -
It's finally working again. Couldn't find anything on the site saying they were having technical problems.0

Oh dear. I have a new problem today. An online transfer between two Halifax accounts done on Friday (which worked... I checked the balance, as it was undertaken whilst on the phone to Online Helpdesk) has totally disappeared today. I now have a DD and SO that have bounced as a consequence.
WHAT ON EARTH IS GOING ON, and how is one supposed to conduct ones financial affairs?! We're now 4 weeks on since migration to Lloyds system. My recommendation based on my own recent experiences... DO NOT BANK WITH HALIFAX or B.O.S.0 -
OHs current account has no statement showing, and has been that way for a few days now. It's very annoying.0

We operate three different accounts from this house. My husband and my mum's account can only log in through the bank of scotland log in page, I can still get in through the Halifax log in page. ( we all used the halifax log in page before)
Will ask again when I go to branch to start the complaint procedure. The branch have asked to make it a joint complaint as they spent hours trying to resolve my problems and were very unhappy with the poor support they received from departments who were supposed to be helping..x x x0 -
Mostly sorted for me now, but not quite. I have a Clarity credit card, which is appearing as a 'standard mastercard'. It was a clarity credit card for a few hours the other day then went back again!
It also can't tell me my credit card balance, except for this morning. Now gone again! :T

My One Card balance is showing N/A as balance and Nil for Credit Available.
Silly bank. I have over £100 left in credit, silly card. I went to check how much exactly I have left as I used my credit card today to buy new TV (and just transferred my wages to it, so should clear in few days). Oh well, Halifax seems a bit stupid at the minute.0
