@A.Jones - what duration are your fixed rate websavers and do they pay interest annually or all interest at maturity? The reason I'm asking is the answer will determine how the accounts should have been handled during the migration and may give a clue how best to proceed from here.0

Mostly sorted for me now, but not quite. I have a Clarity credit card, which is appearing as a 'standard mastercard'. It was a clarity credit card for a few hours the other day then went back again!
It also can't tell me my credit card balance, except for this morning. Now gone again! :TExcuse any mis-spelt replies, there's probably a cat sat on the keyboard0 -
I signed up for Save the Change with BoS and yesterday my first eligble debit card transaction came out of my account and there was a transfer showing for the change. But today, the transfer has disappeared and the "change" has not been taken out of my current account and put in my savings account. Under payments there is no reference at all to Save the Change.
Does anyone with a LTSB account know if this could be because I am overdrawn, does it only work when you are in credit?0 -

I think so
http://www.lloydstsb.com/savings/save_the_change.asp see - " important information" tab - point 6
6 , We will not make a Save the Change® transfer if that transfer will take your current account overdrawn or further overdrawn (whether or not an overdraft has been arranged in advance). To work out whether the transfer would take you overdrawn or further overdrawn, we look at the credit balance available for you to use less the amount of card payments we have authorised but not yet taken.Hi, we’ve had to remove your signature. Is there such a thing or is it a need to know basis / deny everything ?
I asked them why when i logged in during the major issues they were having i was got 2 seperate messages about savings rates ETC but no update/ notification of issues / timeframes to resolve, this direct question was ignored in my email response.
I was however assured that the problems had been resolved and any further issues I should call them to discuss
Tody my current account transactions couldnt be shown and credit card available funds werent showing.
I find myself slowly losing patience as they have caused these issues by implimenting changes which have not worked.0 -
My Halifax one card balance is showing as zero and has for past few weeks now. Do you think they have lost the data for it and i wont have to pay it them back? Ill have to see if i get a statement this week.0

My current account only shows a balance, transactions unavailable message for 3 days now0

Faster payments not working for me this week, in or out - anyone else having the same problem, or is it just me they don't like any more?
LTLYou've never seen me, but I've been here all along - watching and learning...:cool:0
