UPDATE - Anyone else having problems with Halifax online today?

Try logging out and then back in again. This has happened to me quite a few times recently (sometimes only the available credit changes to nil, leaving the balance intact). My One Card balance is showing N/A as balance and Nil for Credit Available.
Silly bank. I have over £100 left in credit, silly card. I went to check how much exactly I have left as I used my credit card today to buy new TV (and just transferred my wages to it, so should clear in few days). Oh well, Halifax seems a bit stupid at the minute.0 -
Well I've finally got a balance on my credit card. But not a previous statement balance, so I don't actually know what I need to pay off this month. Which is worrying, as my paper statement hasn't turned up - I really would have expected it by now.
If it doesn't come by Tuesday I'll call them to get the exact balance to pay as I want it confirmed by them
Excuse any mis-spelt replies, there's probably a cat sat on the keyboard0 -
Update on this:
Spoke to customer services who are *hoping* that all problems should be fixed by the end of this week, but not confirmed.
On a separate note, they're aware that some credit card statements haven't arrived/been sent, so are sending me a copy and have confirmed the statement balance for me to pay off in full. Not related to online banking issues apparently.Excuse any mis-spelt replies, there's probably a cat sat on the keyboard0 -
I am also having issues with Halifax Online banking.
Recently received the All In One credit card from them and found that apon trying to register for online banking, I just get a technical error.
Called them up a couple, got all the usual questions...then got passed around 3 times asking the same damned questions only to eventually get a vague answer.
Apparently they are experiencing issues with new credit cards, no timeframe for a fix, try again in a few days.
Few days later, no dice.0 -
We're still having problems. Husband was asked for 10th digit of his memorable information, even though he doesn't have a 10 character password. Phone banking were less than helpful, and have now sent him a PIN number and letter saying the account might have been hacked..by himself as he failed to give the information asked. (he did struggle with one question but then answered the rest and was told he had passed security!)
And my mother's account, the branch wanted to lodge a joint complaint between themselves and myself about the problems we had which resulted in us having to re-register the power of attorney...only they can't access the complaints site..you couldn't make it up.
Seriously considering leaving HBOS/LLoyds.x x x0 -
Finally managed to lodge complaint and branch manager has already phoned to offer me compensation of £100.x x x0

Its been almost 4 months now and I still cant view my ISA statements on line, you get some silly message..:-
Sorry, your statement is not available online at the moment. We're working hard to get this resolved as soon as possible. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause you.
I called them a few months ago and i got the response...."we dont know when it will be fixed" ridiculous dont theses people test the systems before going live.

I can confirm this is still happening - I have a Halifax Clarity Card and when I log in the first time, the CC balance and remaining credit are at zero, then I log out and back in again, and both figures seem to reappear! What a kerfuffle.
I have even taken to keeping a spreadsheet record of these figures lest I do not reach the magic £300 figure for the "I claim my £5" reward.
Surely it should be fixed soon.0 -
Just refresh the page and the balance should appear, at least it doesn't with me.
Still not showing the previous month's balance though.0 -
Bank of Scotland Online has been having a problem since yesterday afternoon. After entering memorable information I'm taken to a completely blank page. Refreshing doesn't make any difference. Contacted them and the young lady, who sounded as if she'd been having a very bad day, explained to me that they are aware of the problem but can't say when it will be fixed. It doesn't get any better does it.
