I am not really like most of you I don't like the way things are run but I think there are two sides to an arguement and just feel like pointing this out although I do know people who work their and they don't have two heads they are just normal people who happen to work for the CSAA organisation that could run properly might be a start. I don't get why your taking this so personally?0

Of course we are taking this personally, becasue at the end of the day the CSA is ruining our lives, both PWC/NRP.I am not really like most of you I don't like the way things are run but I think there are two sides to an arguement and just feel like pointing this out although I do know people who work their and they don't have two heads they are just normal people who happen to work for the CSA
The "normal people" at the CSA do not endure the things that many of us here endure on a daily basis.Hit the snitch button!member #1 of the official warning clique. :j:D

Many 'normal' people at the CSA DO indeed suffer what the senior management decide - personally I have got my MP involved and my case went to the parliamentary ombudsman. Being staff certainly doesn't mean you get a better service. I've said before that it is actually WORSE!!
Yesterday I returned a call from my case officer (enforcement) to be told .... nothing. No news at all, no progress as the chase up day is Friday so why they couldn't wait until then??? Anyway, I then went on to ask about the new legislation which comes into force legally from August which gives the CSA power to deduct arrears from NRP's bank accounts. The case officer denied that any such legislation exists, and I offered to quote the statutory instrument which lays it all out to him and he still denied it!!! I said that I would read it all out as it certainly DOES exist and then he said that there were no plans to use it at all. Mmmm, well, looking at the NACSA website last night and lo and behold, an article which states that they ARE starting to use it in pilot cases with a view to rolling it out. This is NOT what he told me, so I think that when they call back I will refer him to that site. Clearly senior management haven't told them yet!!!!!0
