Why does'nt PWC pay towards there child?

When you have someone like that there is nothing you can do about it, it wasnt our decision to make.:) thats why we deal with the CSA.

the best way to look at it is only 24 little months to go:j then she can f*ck off and find another hobby because we wont be her hobby anymore lol:rotfl:

So Mommarat I hear you but lots of people are in my unfortunate position. but they wont be forever:)

mommarat, thank you for your insite in to my case, let me help you a little here.

!. I dont have any politician as my best mate, it took nearly a year of trying to get this meeting.

2. It matters not who created the CSA it has evolved into its present form and has been decleared "unfit for purpose" by the highest levels of gov.

3. An offer of employment comes in many forms and yes you do have to apply to the Civil Service, but if you are asked to apply for a job and told that it is yours if you want it, then that is an offer, however you wrap it up!

4. What these peopel do for a liveing is not my problem, but to work for this org is in my view beneath contempt. The reason is they have been given dictatorial powers and use gestapo tactics. They also pick on people that generally dont have the strength to defend themselvs from the excess of power that these people weald so freely, and then refuse to take responsibility for.

Personally, and it is only my opinion in my life, I took an oath to defend the country and have fought to defend the people of this country. This country now needs defending from these people as their actions are without doubt jepodising both the stability of the economy as well as the social fabric of the country by destroying families for no reason!

You say you dont vote for either of the 2 main parties, I have no problem with that at all, however in the event, and I know not if you do or dont, that you dont vote it removes you from the decision makeing process of the country, an makes you opinion only observations for the side line with no weight.

One question, because I have got off my backside and am now trying to change the system do you think I am wrong for that?

I understand what you have said and am by no means trying to defend the CSA all I was trying to get over was the people who answer the phones and have to listen to both sides arent the ones who have made the stupid rules, and they dont go out looking for people to harrass but have initially been approached by one side or the other. The people who use the CSA as a weapon are not thinking of the children its just using it to get back at ex partners. The staff who answer the phone are stuck between 'sparing partners' if they weren't parents would be sorting out their own maintenance and the staff at the CSA would have less hastle.

A couple of things, I didnt say I didnt vote I said Not the main 2 especially in the light of the recent money thing. Also I would not put anyone down for doing what they believe to be right even f I dont agree. What I do find harsh is that you want to keep blaiming the ones who answer the phone for every problem conected to the CSA when the ones who are paid 'megga bucks' are the ones making the rules and the people you speak to when you call are the ones getting grief from every angle

To get to them you have to take out the mindless dolts that get in the way, that is just eh way it is!

As Kellogg has written on another thread if "senior management" communicated "procedures" to "front line" staff they may not send out conflicting messages. But to say that "front line" staff are dlots is unkind when most are working - as other people in any job - to care for their own families and pay the bills. And I am sure that most try and do it to the best of their ability with the tools they have available to them. Don't forget the person at the other end of the phone may also be a PWC or NRP
