60% you got off lightly, they hit me for 67% and took me below the IS level. I chalanged this in a Trybunal and lost as was told it has to be over the whole year! Wounder just why it is that I will fight them to the end.

By the By the law states that they can only take up to 40%, but lets not let the law stop them as they make it up as they go along, and have put in writing that they are not bound by the decisions of Judges! I wounder just what the Law Lords will have to say about that then!

Yep more power than the police with much less red tape, the perfect gov agency I don't know why they can't get things right???
